Staff on parking is the best, 10+! Location is ok, parking is fantastic... Brekfast is fantastic too! Hotel is clean, rooms too, everything is nice and clean...

Staff on reception is a litle bit confuse, didn t give us braces for pool and beach, card for parking, just check in and room card... Roomkeepers dont speak english at all... Noice in hotel hallways, other room, like it didnt have walls... in 4AM...

This Building is just amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. We had sea view, my goddess i had a very nice view and enjoyed 10/10 😍😍😍 The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. I wanna thank the curly girl at the reception who was so kind and helpful , she showed us everything in details. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.

Amazing resort

The staff on reception were not very friendly at all. it is also clear that they have very little training in customer service. many times I feel like I’m helping them rather than we are paying guests. the phone in the room did not work so when there was a couple of emergencies such as someone trying to break into our room at 1am, we tried to ring reception but the phone didn’t work and we tried to ring them on WhatsApp and they didn’t bother to answer. we was too scared to leave the room as the drunk person was shouting and banging on the door.

Very nice staff from the parking guys to reception, waiters etc! Nice view outdoor pools. Private beach and wide range of choices. Roof top pool and roof top bar.

1. Complex orientation for the first few hours then you get used to navigate the hotel. 2. Very weird parking rules. As a customer who had a reservation first must park somewhere outside and pay the parking then the guard will let you in. 3. When the hotel is full there is almost no warm water in the shower but having a shower outside of ‘rush hours was ok. 4. Both outdoor pools are quite old and perhaps time for a tile refurbishment and they look very cheap and poor for such hotel. 5. Roof top pool very overrated and totally overpriced.(Seem their prices are just to keep the ‘poor’ away so the VIPs can exclusively use it)

I liked the butterfly pool and the beach , also breakfast was very good

My rooms card key machine wasn’t working so they gave me a regular key and the door in general was in bad condition, the rubber band under it was almost fully separated from the door and would cause issues with opening and closing the door and with soundproofing. Most of The facilities are not included in the price and they are all very overpriced especially the drinks at the pool bar ! And there are a-lot of useless rules such as that you cant take more than one pool towel a day (not even replace it) And that the parking is not included in the price , neither is the infinity pool that you see all over the description of the hotel.

The reception staff were not so friendly however all other staff are. We encountered a problem with the battery in the car and the staff were so friendly and assisted us in getting a tow truck. Very helpful. What I would say is check the room before you pay to ensure you’re getting what you reserved.

We reserved a room with a pool view and the room given to us had the pool blocked, we complained at the reception and they changed the room. Also in the hotel guide it stated an iron can be provided upon request however when I rang the reception they said they don’t provide an iron. Also parking should be included in the hotel charge however they made us pay the 5e a day so be very careful.

Rooms and location is good

the swimming pools were not operational. but it was mentioned in Booking.com that it is operational.

Clean & modern in most areas. Comfortable room with sea view (deluxe double booked with sea view and balcony). Well maintained. Staff friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to the beach restaurant for taking care of my dietary needs. Pool area adequate and pool clean but would not like to be there in high season . Breakfast excellent buffet with hot food available omelettes etc Sarande within east walking distance and a good base to go out and about from but ask hotel to book taxi to and from port to ensure not ripped off like we were & get bus to ksamil (nicer beach) & Butrint (unesco site) and save a fort. Taxi’s plentiful but not cheap and drivers constantly on their phones when driving (not hands free) ! Make sure you eat in Trumeza authentic Albanian food and Boran and Lulijet will give you a warm welcome and great food. (On the right hand side as you walk down to Saranda) and Manxurane good food and very generous portions. Avoid ma petite terrible service and food not great. We loved our trip to Albania and was pleasantly surprised by almost everything. Forgot the bad reviews about the hotel which made me apprehensive after booking … yes it’s big but is very nice !

Beach area but that’s what it’s like in that location…shingle more like cat litter ..? Man made ??? Nice setting though. No tea /coffee facilities in room (we took a travel kettle as forewarned). Some areas need hand rails for stairs … lots of stairs and the number of lifts inadequate. Children /infirm might struggle in some areas. Pool music got very loud towards the end of our stay so glad we didn’t have to put up with that 12 hours a day (our room was located below the pool area)…

Very nice resort for lazy vacation. Reception work 24/7. Breakfast from 7:30 till 10:30 with very good choice. You can get free towels exchange on towels card (get in the reception). Several swimming pools with working Wi-Fi. It's possible to order pizza during staying at the swimming pool. The sea not calm, there are a big waves near the hotel, but sometimes it's possible to swim in it. Very nice cleaning personal, change room towels every day. The best part of this resort is spa (paid separatly 8 eur for person every time you want to visit it), there are several different sauna, including ice sauna, very pleasure between hot saunas. Also a good food and drinks at the resort's restaurants and bar with a beautiful view.
