Staff on parking is the best, 10+! Location is ok, parking is fantastic... Brekfast is fantastic too! Hotel is clean, rooms too, everything is nice and clean...

Staff on reception is a litle bit confuse, didn t give us braces for pool and beach, card for parking, just check in and room card... Roomkeepers dont speak english at all... Noice in hotel hallways, other room, like it didnt have walls... in 4AM...

This Building is just amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. We had sea view, my goddess i had a very nice view and enjoyed 10/10 😍😍😍 The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. I wanna thank the curly girl at the reception who was so kind and helpful , she showed us everything in details. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable.

I found the room to be cold at night with only a sheet to cover with. I would have liked a thicker bedding. The pool view was completely blocked by trees and flowers . It is more family friendly I would say than romantic but that is what I like . Also la k of black tea in the morning, when I asked for it , I was told “it has finished , come back tomorrow “ the next day no tea, when I spoke to the manager , he somehow got me A T bag .. Beach closed because .. no explanation .. I dispose weather was a bit exited but not the whole time ..

Amazing resort

The staff on reception were not very friendly at all. it is also clear that they have very little training in customer service. many times I feel like I’m helping them rather than we are paying guests. the phone in the room did not work so when there was a couple of emergencies such as someone trying to break into our room at 1am, we tried to ring reception but the phone didn’t work and we tried to ring them on WhatsApp and they didn’t bother to answer. we was too scared to leave the room as the drunk person was shouting and banging on the door.

The breakfast was delicious, really big choice. The hotel itself and the location is fantastic, so as the pools and the beach.

Check in was not so fluent, lot of troubles, missing cards - for meals, for car-parking, for towels, etc. And the biggest surprise was the room and the bed. We ordered a dbl room and got a round-shaped honey-moon room and they could not change it to a normal one. Not comfortable for friends. The room was with balkony looking to a staircase and only two chairs were there. Definitely not the one we ordered.

Very nice staff from the parking guys to reception, waiters etc! Nice view outdoor pools. Private beach and wide range of choices. Roof top pool and roof top bar.

1. Complex orientation for the first few hours then you get used to navigate the hotel. 2. Very weird parking rules. As a customer who had a reservation first must park somewhere outside and pay the parking then the guard will let you in. 3. When the hotel is full there is almost no warm water in the shower but having a shower outside of ‘rush hours was ok. 4. Both outdoor pools are quite old and perhaps time for a tile refurbishment and they look very cheap and poor for such hotel. 5. Roof top pool very overrated and totally overpriced.(Seem their prices are just to keep the ‘poor’ away so the VIPs can exclusively use it)

I liked the butterfly pool and the beach , also breakfast was very good

My rooms card key machine wasn’t working so they gave me a regular key and the door in general was in bad condition, the rubber band under it was almost fully separated from the door and would cause issues with opening and closing the door and with soundproofing. Most of The facilities are not included in the price and they are all very overpriced especially the drinks at the pool bar ! And there are a-lot of useless rules such as that you cant take more than one pool towel a day (not even replace it) And that the parking is not included in the price , neither is the infinity pool that you see all over the description of the hotel.

the swimming pools were not operational. but it was mentioned in Booking.com that it is operational.

the hotel was really nice, except we were unfortunate enough to experience it with only bad weather so the top pool part was closed. Unfortunately we couldnt experience any pools. Instead we went to the spa inside the hotel, but there it was busy so we couldn't enjoy it that much. We did receive a free update to a room with balcony which was really nice!
