Absolutely everything exactly as in the description. The hotel deserves its rating. The room is absolutely functional, clean, warm. TV capable of connecting via Bluetooth. The housekeepers are prompt in cleaning. The breakfast is excellent. The receptionists are kind. The owner did everything he could for guest satisfaction

Although the neighborhood is formidable, for now the hotel is located between a building under construction and a building under construction and abandoned. But this is not something that belongs to the hotel.

We were given a large tiled room on the 10th floor. The bed was huge and comfortable and the included amenities were all great. We appreciated the daily clean of the room, and we absolutely loved the breakfast, which was top-notch with a lot of fresh fruit, baked goods, cereals, cakes, breads, and some meats, cheeses, and eggs (along with juice and coffee). Staff here were very obliging, and the location was pretty central, being just a few mins walk from both the Grand Park of Tirana and Skanderbeg Square. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay!

The hotel is housed over 3 floors of a 10-story building. The first 2 are accessible by the stairs, however the '3rd floor' is actually on the 10th floor, and the two small elevators which service this floor are pretty slow.

The hotel was very modern and perfectly located in the Blloku area. Very close to the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. Close to all of the central attractions in Tirana. Staff was very lovely and helpful. Let us store our luggage even after check out. 24 Hour service and open bar. Breakfast was a nice quality and had a large variety. Our room was incredibly large and came with a lot of great amenities.

Only negatives I can think of is that the coffee at breakfast was weak but that's really nothing. I have nothing to complain about with the hotel.

Metro hotel was wonderful in all the ways. Super helpful and friendly checkin and nothing was too big or small to help with. The room was really clean and modern. I had a lovely balcony overlooking the neighbourhood, which is a perfect one to be located in for sights or just relaxing watching the world go by. And the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at any hotel plus they made me a proper coffee exactly to my liking for no extra charge.

Breakfast was very good and offered many options. Position is very convenient and safe, staff super polite and helpful. The room and bathroom spacious above average, very clean and confortable.

Maybe it could be a good idea to add a milk alternative (like oat or soy milk) to the buffet or as a cappuccino option, to help people with dietary problems.

With affordability surpassing Metro Hotel's offerings, this hotel boasts impeccable cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and inviting beds. The hotel seems to be new or at least renovated, rooms are big and comfy. It offers a great breakfast, good WiFi and a a generous check out time. The location is very convenient. Compared to another hotel nearby this hotel offers more comfort for lower price.

Perhaps it's only a bit too loud during the night (from the street) but nothing major, to be honest.

The breakfest was great! Personally I think there were too many sweet pastries in compare to the savory ones. But still there were enough meals to choose from. Location, excellent!

One small thing that I missed, was the small water cattle for making coffe/tea in the morning without leaving the room. Of course this is just suggestion not a complaint.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The size of the room exceeded our expectations

The parking was a little hard to find initially, and the street was very busy. However, we found out to park your car at the gate and drop your keys inside at reception who will park the car for you.

All our questions/wishes were handled quickly and to our fullest satisfaction. The atmosphere at this hotel is very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in the centre of the trendy Blokku district with lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel rooms were still pretty quiet. Our room was nice, modern and clean. The bathroom with a daylight was also nice. Breakfest was good, too. Coffee excellent!

Usually I'm picky on the hotels but this time we liked everything there:)
