Room was very nice inside and staff was kind.

Our room was in 4th floor in-front of roof bar. In the early evening started loud music which should last till noon. Luckily some people (probably) complained about too loud music and they finished before 11 PM. I stay in many boutique hotels and I never faced such a loud longue club. I m sure staff they want to do the best for customers and for sure they never stay in room during the night, so they can not know how loud is. if they will find a way how to solve this problem they will get score 10!

The property is beautiful. The reception area is spectacular with purple glass chandelier and stained glass dome. The pool and spa area was fully functional and very clean. Our room was comfy. Breakfast on the 4th Floor patio was delicious.

Service at the bar/restaurant and spa area was not attentive. I waited 15 minutes for service at the bar and was never checked after ordering one drink. There were drink menus in the spa area but no one came to ask if I wanted anything. Food and drinks for hotel guests were overpriced.

Beautiful hotel, old luxury look, big and comfi beds, the spa is included, very nice and beautiful. They thought of everything, like ropes, towels, footwear, scented water in the sauna, even kangen water to drink (very good quality drinkwater). Only thing was it could be a bit cleaner in the lobby and the room, and the kids splashing around in the pool take away some of the peace. Otherwise perfect. The car was parked for us, very safely put away, and they got it for us whenever needed. Only cost is 500lek (5€) per night stay.

Outstanding hotel. Very impressive decor. Luxury and ambience. You definitely want to eat in the roof top restaurant. Good breakfast also. There are caged songbirds on the balcony that add a nice touch with birdsong in all the public area. English speaking staff was very helpful. They arranged an all-day private car tour of Berat for me w an English-speaking guide at a very affordable price. Choose a large room for more amenities. Two things in the room were much appreciated. Besides the usual mini bar there was a large tray of snackables. Things like roasted smoked almonds etc. The shower also had a feature I haven't seen before. There is a button to choose between the shower head and the shower wand. What that means is that after you adjust the water temp the first shower you never have to touch it again. Why don't more hotels have this? The location is good. A short taxi ride anywhere you want to go and lots of sidewalk cafes and restaurants all around the hotel.

Not used to this level of luxury, we decided to take advantage of the low prices in Albania to spend one night in 4 stars hotel (Deluxe room). The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower is large. Little balcony with view on the inner patio. Breakfast : international standard, fresh food and a lot of choice Spa : beautiful ! Open from 9am to 10pm. We were alone for 2 hours, it was perfect.

The window to the balcony was a bit destroyed, but I told it to the reception in the morning.

As is the experience with most of Albania, staff were excellent, and biggest factor for positive review! So attentive and friendly. Hotel was nicely furnished, and room (suite) was lovely (and huge!). Only slight gripe was fridge didn’t properly work, but didn’t impact stay. Facilities were excellent - which included massage and free use of swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Whilst it’s more on premium price scale compared to other hotels nearby, still offers great QPR, certainly for a 5 star hotel. Highly recommend

I liked the staff, the the hotel, everyone always helped with issues. I had a room with patio, amazing opportunity to work at the table outside or make Instagramable shots) The spa is various and nice. The bathrobes are available for Large people as well, which was comfortable for me.

The only issue I had, not a minus, but a remark. At breakfast, you can not sit at any table (there with the views over city) and have your coffee with the view. The breakfast tables are strict across the kitchen and buffet. They said ‘not allowed’. Lady staff at breakfast are very helpful and bee like working.

Only one of the staff on reception was very friendly.. The rest they change their words each time. They can't accept criticism!!! The car parking is -5 but they take care of that ... Each time we needed the car they asked us which car is yours ????

The building from outside is very nice. Inside needs renovation. Rooms are not as expected. Though we had booked a deluxe room . Old and dirty carpets. First day went to have our breakfast we couldnot enjoy our breakfast cos on the roof its allowed to smoke . In summer you can't sit inside. So you have to sit in smoking area. Roof is partially closed. The tables we first choosed to sit on. The girl their told us that this table belong to other family??? We had to choose other table!!!! Her colleague told her to stop telling this and let us sit on that table. Next day they talked to their boss and arranged for us a table on side .

Beautiful hotel with lovely spa. Large room with balcony. Very clean.

Staff in spa were lovely but I felt reception staff bit clinical and not helpful e.g when asked what to visit in city said “don’t know”. When asked if tourist information in city, said no (nothing else). No suggestions even thought plenty to do as we found out ourselves.

Not gonna lie, I wish I had booked this place for the whole trip and I'm already planning a romantic getaway for later in the year. The most majestic building and decor, amazing and serene spa area with nice facilities. There's sauna, pool, hot tub and steam room. Hammam is available but was occupied during our visit. The design of The hotel is fabulous, breakfast was great, there's AC, the rooms are big and the staff is helpful. Location is good, it's central but it's still a good 25 minute walk from the square and mall. Nevertheless, there are shops, nightlife and restaurants in the immediate vicinity so no complaints.
