Breakfast was great and accessed through a fun see-through elevator ride to the top. The staff was friendly and accommodating, however, special recogition ust be paid to Amar, the night desk clerk. He went out of his way to be helpful and welcoming and is to be commended.

Each room only has one card key and so if you have an additional guest or misplace your card, there is no way to get to your room "until the IT guy makes a new ke after the weekend" so you are at the mercy of the front desk or housekeeping to let you into your room.

It’s an 18 floor building, but rooms are all in 1st and 2nd floor. The breakfast restaurant at the 17th floor was a great location except the beautiful terrace with a magnificant 360 degrees view of the beautiful city was closed most days even the weather was amazing. Breakfast was fine, but it took a long time to refill the buffet with orange juice, Eggs, bacon etc.

Really great hotel, close to everything. The sweet young lady at the reception was amazingly helpful and even gave me a better room, thanks for that.. 🙏🏼 Good breakfast buffet on the 17th floor with a great view. 😍 Parking included if you can pass the lovely older man at the gate who doesn't speak English.. 😉 Lots of bars just in front of the hotel.. If I ever come back to Tirana I will stay there again..

Nice hotel, I think it was the tallest building in the city for many years, until recently. It was a quieter time, so I was given a larger room than I expected, on one of the upper floors, which was nicely furnished with a modern decor. The location is perfect, near the city centre, close to both the main square and a large area of bars and restaurants. All of the staff I met were very polite, like all Albanians I met to be fair.

The revolving sky restaurant and bar, and several of the top floors have been gutted, I assume for renovation, so it is not possible to go up there, which is a shame, as I bet the views would have been amazing. As such, there are temporary restuarant facilities on the ground floor, which were a little small for the number of guests at busy times. The poor staff seemed rushed off of their feet.

Room cleaning on a daily basis, staff was easy going and attentive. Big room for comfort and quiet for a goodnight sleep which felt very homey.

The only downside was that it was under construction during our stay, but that was it.

Staff was beyond friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was great and private. Our room was great, clean, modern, and cool. Bathroom awesome with a great shower. Services great. Location is the best that there is. All the rooms were soundproof and we didnt hear a single beep from outside. Definitely would stay here again.

Everythimg was great. The only thing that i would.fix is the mattress. Instead of a full king size mattress there were 2 single single size mattress. Kept rolling in the middle at night. Besides that everything was super great.

currently undergoing renovation, so bar+restaurant were closed. Parking garage is quite a challenge for bigger cars but hotel staff kindly moved some other cars so we could fit.
