stylish and clean, good breakfast and location

1) very poor sound isolation - we we hearing people talking in a hall like there were no walls at all. We’re waking up at night because of this 2) the shower is designed in a way that the water sprinkles a lot on a bathroom floor, so you end up with a flood every time you take a shower (at least it was like this in our room)

The hotel is located in the microcentro area, which facilitates reaching several attractions as they tend to be walking distance. It's also very easy to reach public transportation (either buses, the metro or, if one wants to visit Uruguai, the ferry that can take you there) as they are extremely close. Another bonus is the the fact that one can find several good restaurants close by, so, again, we are talking walking distance. The room was very confortable, clean, and had a small eating area as I have booked a studio. The staff is excellent, very nice, polite and very quick to sort out any problem that one may have (even, sometimes, when it is nothing related to the hotel). I also liked the decor very much. It's modern and it is mostly aimed at those who are in BA for work reasons so it has the necessary facilities (good internet connection, good coworking room, gym, efficient laundry service, etc.). Breakfast is varied and continental, and it starts being served at 6.30H (a.m.) on week days, which also facilitates the life of working guests.

Great hotel, with a very big and elaborate breakfast (most variety we had on our entire 10 day trip around Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay). We were a little worried about the noise because a lot of people stated that it was an issue, but we didn't experience noise at all. Our room was quiet and we got a great night sleep. Location is also great. We walked from the ferry to the hotel and then the next day we walked to Casa Rosado and San Telmo market. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Can't think of anything not to like. The only thing we had a slight challenge with was the outlet type in the room, they only have the slanted outlets unique to Argentina so make sure you have an adaptor with the skinny slanted prongs or you can leave your chargeables with the front desk and they will charge them for you as they have international plugs behind the desk.

The location is fantastic. The structure is good. The gym is good for hotel gyms. As I went with family (wife and 2 children aged 8/11) I had a good experience booking a quadruple room (there were 2 rooms sharing a common hallway). It has a sink and microwave. I thought this was very good.

The only thing missing is 24-hour room service and an automatic coffee machine at the breakfast buffet. This one needs to have more varieties. It was 7 days of the same thing.

Very modern and clean hotel. Ok breakfast selection (mostly sweets vs. hot food).

Room is quite small. Front desk could be more welcoming. We did the online check prior to arrival and still had to do the same when we arrive at the hotel. Just prior to our arrival at the hotel, we were charged for our stay. While this was expected, during booking, we were informed we would pay in ARS. The charge was completed in USD, a practice that doubled the cost of the hotel and was not standard across our other stays in Argentina.

Excellent location, staff very friendly, good choice of food at breakfast and throughout the day there is coffee, hot water and lemonade. The room was spacious and well set up, and you can walk to most places centrally within a few minutes.

The only issue we had was the shower kept leaking, likely due to there not being a good enough seal on the shower door. This meant we had water on the floor constantly. Likely just a small maintenance issue.

Extremely good value for money. Very clean and lovely modern deco. Comfortable bed. Black out curtains good quality and fitted well, blocking all light. Breakfast was excellent. Good coffee. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Great location. All points of interest in walking distance.

Our room had a sink, microwave and a kettle. Very bad drainage smell coming up throughout the plug hole. As the sink was in the room the smell was unpleasant. Running the tap water helped to dissipate the smell. Also no utensils for making drinks or using the microwave.

The buffet breakfast was exceptional with a wide assortment of fresh pastries and fruits along with a variety of juices, coffee, tea, cereal and hot eggs and meat. The staff was very attentive and quickly cleared the tables of used dishes so others could enjoy breakfast too. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet allowing me a good rest after my long journey to BA.

I dithered about where to stay as Buenos Aires is a big city but this hotel was in a great location. The ferry terminal is near too. We booked the larger room and was it worth it for the extra space. There was a good selection for breakfast too.

Not one single place to hang anything! Very annoying as we were staying for 6 nights. Following on from another review - I also found one of the female receptionists very rude her attitude needs sorting out.
