You will not be disappointed in this recently refurbished hotel. The traditional facade of the hotel does not give anything away about the contemporary architecture inside. The atrium inside lets you look right to the top with each floor decorated with supersize modern pictures of famous people. The rooms are spacious and light with high ceilings, big windows and a huge mirror. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. This is a fantastic location and in easy walking distance to the Obelisk and all the shopping areas if that is what you want. There are plenty of good restaurants and convenience stores just round the corner. For those who fancy a trip to Uruguay, the Buquebus ferry terminal is not more then 10min walking distance away. If we were to go back to Buenos Aires we would certainly stay there again.

Nothing, it was perfect for our needs

The location es very good, next to shopping mall Galerias Pacifico, close to cafes, bars and restaurants. The area is pretty safe, taking in consideration Buenos Aires is a big city.

The bathroom is quite small for the size of the room, pretty sure it is an old refurbished building. The breakfast could have been better, it is located in a basement. The room was very loud from the outside, I suggest better balcony door insulation.

We really like this place. Staff all very friendly and willing to help for anything customers ask for. The building has an "ancient" outside, but modern inside. Room is comfortable. And I have to point out, the art work displayed through out the building are fantastic! The location is superb. Close to everything and very convenient.

A chair in the room would be helpful to use the table space in case someone stays there for work. Additional power outlet on night stand would be great so that I don't have to unplug the table lamp to plug in my charger. A night light in the bath room would also help during the night.

The location is fabulous! Walking distance to so many things. The front desk could speak English so that was helpful. the rooms were very spacious. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was included and was really delicious. This hotel gave us an even better price if we paid in US dollars so that was very nice.

You do hear some noise from the street but it’s a city so to be expected. The walls could have used some cleaning or some fresh paint. It’s an older building so don’t expect new finishings. The shower head was old so was more of a trickle.

Location is excellent. Right in the hub of shopping. 20 -30 minute walk to the dock restaurants, pink house and Recoleta. Ho Ho bus right there. Lots of Uber drivers around if you don't want to walk. Comfortable rooms. Large in size. Friendly staff. Standard breakfast, but good. Tastefully decorated. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast too simple and the same everyday. Lack of choice. Also we asked for an iron and they said they didn’t provide one, which is strange as we always ask for irons at hotels and they always have them

Very efficient check in with helpful staff. Nice breakfast with good fresh selection. Hotel looked after our luggage after check out for day at no extra cost and ordered us a taxi on request. Directly across from a hop on hop off bus stop which was handy.

Everything was fine - would recommend

Fourth time here, it never disappoints. I love the spacious rooms, the smell in the corridors and the location. Beds are comfortable and showers are great. The medialunas and dulce the leche are really tasty.

The only thing I don't like it in here is the central air system. The rooms get really cold and you can't control it. Also, they could have a better system for charging late check outs instead of the value of half a rate.

The AC system didn’t work consistently, so sleep was difficult in the still, hot air. The room didn’t have chairs or a table.

Breakfast was fine. The food trays were always filled and the staff were attentive and cordial. The hotel’s location is close to restaurants and a mall and right next door to a Starbucks.

One thing I didn’t like is the shower. It doesn’t have a shower curtain. So whenever you take a shower the water splashes on the floor which I think is a safety hazard especially for seniors.
