Hotel is located close to many points of interest: Cafe Tortorni, Colon Theater, Presidential palace to name a few Good restaurants in the area Hotel is very comfortable, clean Good breakfast selection Wonderful staff, we had a chance to be helped by Jara, Ivan, Ignacio they very helpful, accommodating, always looking to help

It would be nice if there was water/coffee available in the lobby I needed to ask every day for coffee bags Housekeeping wasn’t replenished

The hotel was very very nice and the staff were very helpful. It is a very well decorated newly built hotel. Our room was very nice, we had the larger 1 bedroom which included a small kitchenette, dining area and a separate bedroom area. Breakfast was fine...... not the greatest we have had, but fine. The breakfast room and patio were very nice.

The location was fine for us, and very convenient to areas we wanted to go. We are walkers, so walked to most spots, and we have been to BA several times. There is a subway stop nearby as well as a supermarket. During the day the location is good, but at night it tends to be a dark area with little foot traffic. This did not bother us, but may be of concern to some.

Could be better ... 1. The internet IN MY ROOM was slow and sluggish. Not suited for work (I was on vacation, tough) 2. The breakfast could be improved. After couple of days you get tired of it. Not much variation 3. There are no international channels (like CNN, BBC or NHK), just spanish speaking channels

Esplendor Tango looks fairly new and very well-maintained. The room we had was very spacious, clean, the bed was very comfortable and so are the pillows. Spacious countertop below the tv was very useful. The location is Excellent. It is a good base to explore Buenos Aires. Short walk from the subway. It was also a short taxi ride from the port and AEP airport. Having said that, some buildings on the street were rundown, it’s not the prettiest street but it is close to the major steets, Av de Mayo and Av de 9 Julio. The lobby was beautiful and I liked that there is some space where I could open and repack luggage (after shopping), after we had checked out. The staff were lovely. Juan was very helpful and patient with everything we needed. Continental breakfast was good and the dining room and patio was beautiful as well.

Shower screen was too small (only half the shower) that the water splashes on the floor but there is a floor towel anyway.

Amazing hotel! From the concierge who booked a Tango show for the same day that we arrived at the Hotel to the Rooms, breakfast and location. The value appearing in booking is not really what you are going to pay if you use your VISA or Mastercard and pay at the property, it will be almost half of what is showing here due a legal incentive from Argentine government.

I researched hotels more than a year in advance. And kept coming back to this one. I was able to book 11 months out. The staff responded to a few emails pre-trip. I loved the area because it was within a block or two of everything. there’s a fabulous grocery store on the corner, restaurants within a block each way, even a fabulous pedicure were five dollar salon three blocks up. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful, but Juan went above and beyond. They gave me fabulous recommendations for restaurants, things to see, and even helped book a couple excursions – without even taking a cut. They were always friendly and happy to see us. The breakfast in the morning is huge with plenty of options. The pool was always clean and ready to use. The water was not heated, but perfect during hot summer days. I can’t wait to stay there again

When the rooms were cleaned, it was always very nicely done – but not always in a timely manner. a couple of times my dirty dishes were left and not taken out.

The location is excellent and the room was very quiet despite being on the main road. The air conditioning was very effective although we didn't keep it at 24C as the hotel suggested as it's a bit too hot for us. The bed was large and very comfortable and the sheets were clean. The staff were very helpful.

Well the one thing that was a big let-down was the breakfast. Hard and tasteless pastries, fruit that was over-ripe, scrambled eggs that looked like they'd gone off and the same thing pretty much every day. This is not what we expected. The restaurant is for breakfast only but even if it had been open for dinner we wouldn't have wanted to eat there.

Excellent breakfast. Quiet street yet in the middle of the city attractions. Great staff with helpful directions and recommendations. Modern rooms. Excellent value.

This hotel stands out due to the level of service from the front desk. They contacted you a few days before in order to arange a taxi from the airport, the exchange money for a decent rate, they can book hop on hop off busses etc. They even helped me retrieve money for a cancelled flight, where I could only get my money back with an argentinian back account so they gave me theirs. The hotel itself was in a good location near a lot of atractions, the rooms where and the breakfast was also good.

Well. Nothing really. If I were to say anything it would be no English channels on the tv. But I can live without that! Noted there was no tissues in the room. The only other thing is that the hotel had no adapters that we could use. We brought several but they were the wrong kind🙃 perhaps you could have some made specifically for the hotel and sell them for $10/15. Or ask for a deposit to be returned at checkout. Our mistake we didn’t make sure we had the right ones though. Anyway, we were ok for one night. Just couldn’t use our cpaps. We survived and yes, we would stay there again!
