The front desk was extremely helpful and prepared. Very attentive at opening several bottles of wine, locating a pharmacy and finding a place to change dollars to pesos. Got everything I requested from them within seconds. The view from room onto the city was amazing, waking every morning was a delight. The roof top pool deck has an incredible view as well, that one can not miss. The cleaning staff was also very polite and accommodating to our needs. The jacuzzi bathtub + separate shower is great, providing options for each need.

Breakfast was a very basic, slice of cake, a salt and a sweet croissant with a personal boxed juice.

The breakfast was really poor. the hotel team should make a note that the breakfast is limited - only coffee and croissant. For me breakfast is important and I chose the hotel with breakfast and paid for it while I was not told that it’s limited. I assume for a 4 star hotel this poor breakfast is unacceptable. Better not to have it at all. I would have chosen another hotel in that case if I knew it.

Spacious rooms, not very new but clean and comfortable; with all the necessary amenities. The location is brilliant! At city center, close to metro station and in walking distance to the main attractions. Magnificent view from the roof-top bar! Continental breakfast was not exceptional but pretty ok. Helpful and friendly staff.

The breakfast was 5 out of 10. Great location and the room was in need of some repairs and could have been a bit more cleaner, like the floor, but the bed sheets were very clean.

The location is ideally central, walkable to many sights, near the metro, and our room had a great view overlooking Av 9 de Julio.

No real complaints, but the shower was almost too hot and we never quite figured out how to turn it down. (Better than cold!)

Great location. Felt safe. Big room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was not a big deal, but the shower leaked out onto the floor, so we needed extra towels so we wouldn't slip on the floor.

The staff really helped us make decisions about what to do. Their breakfast did not have any gluten free offerings yet they accommodated me by cooking eggs separately for me and providing wonderful and plentiful gluten-free cookies.

Staff are very helpful and welcoming especially Natalia at the front desk. Also the room size and amenities. Comfortable bed, Internet speed, location and value for money.

Breakfast is limited continental. It can be better. Also if they put coffee in the room to be able to use the machine!

comfortable nice rooms, spacious bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. Had a good sleep there. Nice staff.

breakfast for 800 peso is quite poor: cheap cereals , coffee machine, tea bags, some cookies. But I ve asked them to cook scramble eggs for me , and they did. So it was not so bad finally.
