The location is excellent: at the corner fom the Plaza del Mayo. The breakfast is also excellent, with different options everyday. The staff was also very friendly and provided me with everything I needed. the rooms were comfortable. I recommend it.

The only negative aspect was the wi-fi connection that at times did not work very well in my room, but it wasn't something that bad. Another curious aspect is that the restaurant was closed during the weekend. The food from the room service could be a bit better. But, again, the hotel is an excellent choice, and those aspects are small details.

The location is perfect. Breakfast is good

The receptionists ( from all three check ins that we have had in the last week given we were in and out of BA) were consistently cold, aloof and not receptive to any requests. On the first night, after a grueling long flight two of them kept us standing there ( while they seem to be doing something in the desk) they could have at least acknowledged us and told us to give them a few minutes before attending to us. On the last check in, it was raining so hard when we arrived jn a taxi and we signed to the bellman if he had an umbrealla and he just shrugged and went away without even extending a hand. In the subsequent days, on and off we would experience the same.

Great location to travel around the center Buenos Aires, Plaza de Mayo is right outside and takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to Puerto Madero. Amazing staff, the guys at the lobby are always looking out for you and eager to help.

The room is not that spacious, bed is right adjacent to the wall next to the door, and it smelled when I first got there. My sister stayed in the same hotel for the same price but she got a desk in her room and I didn't. I usually keep my training up when I'm away so I use hotel's gym quite often when traveling. When I opened the gym's door and saw the equipments, I closed the door and walked away... the hotel should spend some money to buy some equipments

The staff was extremely helpful and answered a lot of my questions. The location is decent, but there are better places to stay if this is important to you. I don't think the breakfast was that great. They gave me good sized room with a nice view, but the curtains were not long enough to cover up the sunlight coming through in the morning.

The hotel is outdated and in need of upgrades. Why is there a phone in the shower?? I've never seem something like this before haha. I heard some noise coming from the neighboring suite, so they should also add noise canceling. It wasn't a huge amount, but enough to warrant it needing to be addressed.

The breakfast was great, they had so many options. The room was nice and if you forget a travel adapter, they have some under the desk. The location was walking distance to some main sights and you can easily take a cheap uber anywhere. WE SUGGEST PAYING FOR THE HOTEL AT THE PROPERTY SO THAT THE PRICE CAN BE WAYYYYY CHEAPER

The staff at the front desk was nice but they do take forever to check you in or out. The darker curtain did not cover the whole window, therefore we were awaken as soon as the sun came up.

Great location. 30 minutes to any airports on taxi almost at any time of the day. Three underground lines station in just 100 meters. Nice walking at any direction and you will get site seeing. The breakfast is tasty, but it is served in full after 8 am. Before that you get less variety of food. The room was not too large, but there was a spacious wardrobe. The ventilation was almost quiet during the night. There is a clock bell-tower nearby at the Plaza Mayo and you can hear the bell ringing sometimes, but not loud.

The pool is small and shallow, I used it only once, instead of everyday use, but you can see an ocean there. There are chairs for only four people to stay at the pool at once, which is not enough.

Great central location within easy walking distance of the main sites. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, and happy to make recommendations. Free luggage storage was an added bonus! Rooms are generally spacious and well supplied (though the room set up has been different each occasion we've stayed). Good value for money in central BA, and we keep coming back!

On this occasion the bathroom was a little small and pokey due to the room layout

The location of the hotel is very good, steps away from the Casa Rosada, Florida Street, etc. Good restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are new, the breakfast is excellent.

The delays at the reception, for check-in 25 minutes, for checkout 15 minutes, to drop off luggage 15 minutes more.... The staff is friendly, but very slow, or overloaded, or overstaffed.

Had a comfortable stay at NH City. The rooms were very quiet and spacious. Just off the Plaza de Mayo and close to subway and buses though we mostly used the taxis. Breakfast had a good selection though didn't vary much and the front desk was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The area was eerily quiet at night. It is off season, but thought there would be more people around.

Very nice hotel right naar the Plaza di Mayo, good breakfast, clean rooms. 3rd time I stayed there and will certainly be back. Antonio is a very good bartender. As is the rest of the personel.

Asked on the forehand for a suite on the 12th Floor, Wich wasn’t available but the frontdesk arranged it 2 nights later. so nothing to complain about.
