Very responsive to our inquires prior to check-in. Super friendly and accommodating staff, especially Stuardt who gave us local tips and restaurant recommendations. Great location in Palermo, in the vicinity of many restaurants and within 5 mins walk to the subway.

No breakfast, but minibar is replenished daily with drinks and snacks at no extra cost. Bad noise isolation, unfortunately we had noisy neighbours who partied through the night.

The room is clean, the receptionist is kind. There is a supermarket near, a Mcdonalds at the corner and a bakery at the opposite corner, where you can have salads, great sandviches. We could leave our baggage there, so could see the city without big backpacks.

We were there for only one night, nothing negative.

The staff and the location of this hotel are absolutely my favourite things and what makes me keep choosing it when I go to Buenos Aires!

Whenever I washed my face in the bathroom sink, there was always water all over the floor because the sink is too low – which is understandable in terms of accessibility, or course. However, it did bother me to have a wet bathroom floor until the next day. Something that could also improve is the care with the towels and blankets; more than one time I had to ask for new towels because the new ones that were in my room were dirty before I even used them.

the staff by far were the best part of our stay, they were helpful, kind and nothing was ever too much trouble. they went to great lengths to make us feel welcome. the spaces were clean and maintained well. they provided a good amount of water everyday and an excellent selection of complimentary refreshments. the bathroom was good, and the shower had good pressure.

the bed was lumpy and the bottom sheets were too small for the mattress size, so they came off in the night. the room was an adequate size but if you wanted space to relax in your room, you would struggle, this didn’t matter to us as we spent most of our time out exploring the city and came back only to sleep. there is no breakfast at the property, but this didn’t matter to us as we were keen to try local cafes and food.

This is a good location close to shops, cafe's and different types of places to eat. Close to subway station. Was a safe area and not to loud at night. My room was on the second floor facing the street and it was not loud nor could I hear anyone next door.

Early check out. No hot breakfast but there are cafe's and McDonalds a block away. On check in we asked about where to exchange USD on the blue market and we were only told about a nearby Western Union for the usual bank rate. The 3rd day we asked again with a different guy at the desk and he pointed us to a place within 4 blocks. No problem except it was the day we were leaving. Kind of annoyed we weren't informed the first time we asked.

relatively close to AEP airport. we stayed here because we had a late flight arriving and morning flight leaving from AEP airport free mini bar and water free wifi, comfortable recommend paying on arrival in pesos, my UK Visa card converted to the tourist “blue” rate

very basic, however this is reflected in the price the floors in the room could have had a better clean

There was no breakfast. but the location was close to two restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and they were very accommodating and willing to negotiate prices when our one son couldn't come as his flight was cancelled. It would have been nice if the one staff member ( a girl) learned a bit more English ;) the other one in the morning spoke very good English (a male).

the wifi didn't work. There was no free shuttle to airport (not sure if that was advertised though). Our toilet was leaking.

The location was very good- near a busy intersection in the Palermo neighbourhood, However, traffic noise was not an issue. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. They had enough English to communicate reasonably well. Breakfast was not included at this hotel, but there were a variety of breakfast options within a short walk. My wife and I thought we had excellent value for what we paid.

No complaints at all. Perhaps the lobby could use a little refresh.

A very convenient and well-located hotel for those passing through Aeroparque. Staff were exceptionally peasant and helpful. Hotel was clean and neat. Aside from the aircon problem, which likely only affected my room, this hotel is very good value for money and I would stay there again.

The room was very small for two people with luggage. The aircon was not working properly and we could not sleep with the window open due to noise which made for a very stuffy night.

Palermo Bridge is in an excellent location in Palermo and just a short taxi away from Aeroparque. We stayed here twice as we had a late night flight and wanted to put our head down to sleep before an early morning flight and stayed again when we had 2 nights. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the price is excellent, the aircon is quiet and works well and the beds are comfy and the room is clean. What more could you need?!

Because of Covid the breakfast is some crackers, biscuits a large bottle of water and coffee/tea which is left in your room before your arrival, so it is very basic. If they provided something slightly more substantial, I'd have given this a 10! But all in all, no real issues here, and we'd gladly stay again!
