Littomore Hotels and Suites

All the staff are lovely and helpful.Nothing seemed a problem for them to help us with. We requested a second key pass (one each) and it was all done very quickly and happily by the reception staff who are very welcoming and helpful, and answered questions we had. The location is excellent. The room was very quiet ,and the parking was right out the front, so you can see your car from the room and its off the street ,and it felt safe. The hotel is very well located as it's an easy walking distance to pretty much everything. The shower space was a good size too and the fridge and kettle /toaster were great too, as was the hairdryer, which I had left at home! The room was very clean, the bed massive and comfortable.

We had another room last year with the tv on the wall up high that we preferred as we put things on the table underneath without obstructing the view. But there was plenty of space in the cupboards, so not really a big issue.

Travelling for work like 90% of the guests based on the carpark. I would definitely come again. Walkable into the main strip and very nicely fitted out rooms for the price. Good A/C keeping things warm in winter and friendly front desk.

Only two minor detractors were the WiFi which was a little slow and patchy and the "extra large bed" was not a bed, it was two smaller beds pushed together which leaves a big hard seam down the middle which is terrible to sleep on meaning you really only have a single despite paying extra for the spread-out space. I'd go the standard Queen next time. The carpark also fills up quickly so if you are back late you'll be parking on the street.

My daughter was sick and we ended up having to stay an extra night. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us despite being very full for the Easter holidays. We did have to change rooms, but staff made this process as smooth as possible for us. Great location! It was walking distance to everything we needed and serviced by most food delivery companies as well.

It would have been nice to have allocated parking spots close to the rooms. We arrived late and I had to carry two sleeping children quite a distance from the road outside the property and up two flights of stairs as all of the parking spots were taken.

On the whole the room was well supplied with what you need.

I stayed in room 1903. The bathroom was very narrow with the toilet jutting past the door, it was difficult to enter and shut the door. The shower flooded the floor, the mat was completely soaked and excess water was present. When you turned on the shower the noise was horrendous, the roaring sound was so loud it made showering very uncomfortable. It is not acceptable to expect people to shower in these conditions and if you find yourself given this room and wanting a shower I would ask to be moved.

The space, the price for the apartment style "room." The bathroom, and not to mention to lovely non leaking spacious shower and the actual shower itself! The bedroom in the suite with the large kitchenette has great hanging space, a large comfy bed, with great bedside tables. There is plenty of parking, close to CBD, gas station right on the corner, close to a pub, (if that's your thing,) and last and most important, the little drive through coffee shop literally a stone throw away in the same street. The cleaning staff are beautiful, as is the receptionist. It's our first choice from here on for future stays in Bathurst.

Cannot fault this hotel and rooms.

Modern Two bedroom Apartment. Each room had an individual reverse cycle system which provided ample heating. The kitchen area had the necessary kitchen equipment, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge / freezer. A washing machine was also under the bench in the kitchen area. The bathroom was large with double sink and bath with an overhead shower. The toilet was separate to the bathroom. The children enjoyed access to Netflix when we had a quiet afternoon. The location is within walking distance to the main street, Woolworths, McDonalds etc

As the shower was over the bath, the step required to get into the shower was very high and may not be suitable to all. The table provided for meals was small and not adequate to fit all four of us for a meal. The shape of the table does not allow the chairs to be pushed underneath and thus did not allow us to sit comfortably with legs under the table. There was not enough towel racks in the bath room to hang wet towels after four people had showered.

Was so pleasantly surprised to find an immaculately clean, modern and well equipped room, generously sized and well laid out, I know Bathurst isn't a small town, but was happy to just have somewhere warm to sleep while we were there, and the hotel exceeded expectations. Close proximity to everything, the staff were so helpful after we couldn't make check-in time with our travel, accommodating us by putting our key in a lock box outside of reception and sending easy to follow instructions for self check in later that night. Would definitely recommend, and stay here again, thankyou very much to the team at Littomore Bathurst.

Wonderful customer service by receptionist Jayden. Very patient and professional. Great comfy beds. Good to have separate sink area and mirrors from the toilet. Beautiful interior and felt very comfortable.

Gym - some of the machines were faulty. The cabinet containing the utensils and tea etc was smelly. Several of the plates/bowls had oil stains. No room service on Sunday. Foxtel channels - premium movie channel had a blue screen.

Spacious room with fairly modern decor. Decent size TV with Netflix access. The room was very comfy and quiet. I was able to get a car park though I hope I was the last person to need one as there were no more spaces after that. The hotel was quite close to the center of town and close to shops. The staff were friendly and helpful and I genuinely felt they were happy in their job.

There wasn't much that I didn't like about the room. The toilet was perhaps a little cramped and the showers seem to be interconnected as there were sudden changes in water temperature. A vending machine would have been nice there were shops close by so no big deal.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, checkin and checkout was easy. We left an item behind and staff were very helpful with locating the item and organising to mail it to us. The location was great and very quiet. Overall we were happy with the room.

The single beds in our room (requested by us) were quite uncomfortable. There was a very bright light outside our room that was on all night and came into the room around the curtains.
