Such great service - there was a problem with our booking in that Booking.com did not feed it through to the site! Giles went over and above, on the phone to Booking.com for hours, even though they were fully booked he somehow shuffled and got us a terrace within an hour. Fabulous location, a bit nicer than the photos actually (Superior Terrace) and all in all a great stay.

Bit noisy with the window/doors open at night, but silent with them closed and fan/aircon on.

The unit was centrally located to town and the building backed onto the foreshore. A short walk to the surf lifesaving club and Aldi. Clean and very comfortable for a family of 5. There is no onsite management but there was excellent communication via email and text with the letting agents, including clear instructions when arriving/departing the property. Kitchen well equipped - plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery. Would recommend staying here.

A small suggestion - a box of tissues and hand soap for the bathroom basins to be included in the complimentary items would be nice. The following is not directed at the management but is a general comment on the Byron Bay area. The unit has one parking space and the parking on the street is metered - $5 per hour with a max of four hours from 9am to 6pm. We parked our second car outside the metered area (about 20 min walk) as we only needed to use one car most of the time while we were there.

Really good location. Right in the hustle of Byron close to nearly all cafes and shops. Beach is practically across the road. Prefer staying here then in Wategoes because closer to everything and less of a need to get in a car. Inside the terrace was spacious, clean and very safe. Really enjoyed the stay.

Needs a BBQ. All properties these days in Australia should have a BBQ as this is a staple in an Aussie household. Otherwise nothing to fault.

Great location, had everything we needed .

didn’t bother us but wouldn’t stay there with young kids due to the steps . a few loud guests next door and you do hear every drunk walking past .. which doesn’t allow you to keep the bedroom door open to hear the ocean . The bathroom needs an extractor fan … the mirror fog up and floor gets a bit slippery due to the design of the shower and bathroom ceiling has light mould on it … it is a good unit .. this is just picking out what we noticed .

Perfect location, short walk to beach and centre of town. Able to walk to the lighthouse. Unit was quiet and clean. Access was easy. Communication excellent. Would definitely rebook.

Could improve coffee facilities and add a platter or something for wine and cheese time but that's being picky. Fortunately I took a coffee pot and a plate and chopping board sufficed for the cheese :)

Excellent location! Very central to restaurants, shops and the main beach, everything is in walking distance. It's a big apartment with a large living room for a group and nice outdoor deck. Comfortable beds. Perfect for what we were after! There is on site free parking for 1 car plus a visitor car park. Check in was super easy with a lock box and code to get into the gate.

Location was great and staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of room to hang together or have some privacy. Close to restaurants and shops. Very close to the beach and an easy walk to anything.

Some of the furniture is a bit tired and could be replaced.

Advertised as airconditioned but only the living area and the bedroom on the third level were airconditioned. There were fans in the two main bedrooms but not airconditined. This was inadequate given the temperatures.

This is the perfect location for our stay in Byron Bay. Close to the shops, the beach, and our pick up point for the wedding that we were there for (infront of the surf life saving club). It was absolutely value for money! Communication with the owners of the property was outstanding and were happy to give us the information we needed.

The weather! But that was completely out of the apartment's control!

beautiful apartment, ideal location 2 minutes walk from the main beach. The service was fantastic, very accommodating with checking in a and checking. we were facilitated as best as possible and they even dropped off extra towels to the apartment on Christmas Day when I requested it.
