Amazing value for money, park amenities and facilities clean and well kept. Loved all the nature and wildlife surrounding. Quick check in process. BBQs are super easy to use! This is my second time staying in the deluxe safari tent and will be staying there again in the future!

1- Staff upon checking in. I myself work at a hotel, a smile goes a long way in customer service. Even just some friendly conversation to make it not so hostile and awkward. Please work on this to make the guests exprience better, first impressions really count. 2- This is the second time I have stayed in the delux safari tent (first time about 3 years ago), stayed in the exact same tent and the outside area looks like it has not been cleaned once! Didn't feel comfortable sitting outside on the couch as there was green stuff/mould on FABRIC sofa. Not suitable for outdoor use at all when exposed to the elements, please consider some different alternatives :))

We loved the accommodation that we booked. It was clean, spacious and just really nice. Was very impressed and would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends/family.

The unfortunate fact that we had no hot water for 2 nights was the only thing i could fault, which was really disappointing as everything else was wonderful. When i rang through on the second night, (after receiving notification that it would be fixed), I was told that it was still not working and wouldn't be until the following morning. This was the only negative from our experience with the park.

I love the set up and how great it was for kids to burn off energy

I HATED the way the beds were made, only fluffy blankets for the bunks and a really small quilt in between three sheets instead of in a cover, and you move 2mm and it made a huuuuge noise, not good when trying to be quiet with sleeping babies in the same room. Also the laundry was pretty dreary and dirty and the machines don’t lock so anybody can just come and take your stuff out and put there’s in so their clothes are dry (then put our stuff back in sopping wet) happened to us twice, it just shouldn’t happen, especially when you’re paying for it, very frustrating! I ended up going to another place in town to get all my clothes washed and dried properly

Honestly I loved how they literally had everything you needed. You could easily stay there a week. They keep you well informed of activities during the day so perfect for family and kids. They have lakes, swimming pools and lots of stuff for kids. Money wise I didn’t think it was that expensive and after seeing the place i thought it was a bargain. They have all sorts of accommodation to suit anyone with different budgets.

There honestly is the anything I didn’t like, i guess Its a bit of a walk to the town of Byron but literally a 5 minute drive.

We had the tent cabin and it was surprisingly spacious and bed comfortable. I liked the regular SMS that reminded us of events happening eg yoga classes, pizza night, kids movies.

Probably location. We like to walk and there wasn’t an easy way to get to the beach and quite a distance to the town. Really only a short 5 min drive into town but with $5/hr meter parking everywhere you think twice. we did discover a local train that went right behind our cabin which we never knew about.

Excellent location with a spacious two bedroom cabin with good bathroom with large shower, large fridge and good sized kitchen. External deck overlooked lake and was a nice place to sit in the morning with a coffee and in the evening with a wine. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

Only negative which put the rating from a 10 to 8 was whilst internet was supposedly available it wasn’t as you just couldn’t log on. Not a big thing for us but could be annoying for some people.

I really liked how secure it was . The cabin was cosy, the view was nice and the strict no smoking policy really made a great change towards the atmosphere. Very family friendly, couldn't say it better myself! Also it was near all the lovely places, staff were very nice.

There is nothing in our control that could improve. The only things that could have been better was the sound and fruit fly control. Sadly the Tv was in so so condition, it glitched a couple of times and didn't have youtube. The main bed was too soft.

Check in staff were so lovely and friendly.. location was perfect and just a short drive to the Byron main centre. Pools and water park were all clean and lots of fun for the kids. Plenty of room in the cabin and had a full kitchen and fridge. Really nice cafe great coffee and food at the entrance of the park.

Roof of the cabin was low, I’m 5.5! Was a little dirty on the lounge and curtains throughout the cabin. Was also very cold and no spare blankets were available in my cabin anyway.

Beds were comfortable. Tennis court and pool and gardens great. Great 2 bedroom bungalow - clean, modern and comfortable. Great location not far from Byron Bay Centre. Even though there was a lot of people in the park it was quiet at night to sleep. Great for a family stay.

We didn't have alot of hot water in kitchen sink in the mornings for washing up - needed to boil kettle. Great provision of crockery and cutlery and cooking gear but only had a very small chopping board - needed bigger board to chop salad on etc.

Water park, upgrade to 2 bedroom was appreciated, nice spread out park with cabins separate to caravans, Cafe next door really nice.

WiFi didn't work in cabin. When booking it said property had WiFi, it needs to be clearer that cabins are not guaranteed to have WiFi as this caused inconvenience with work call. Bunk bed room could do with a carpet clean, bunks were quite springy, so we needed to put doona under for padding. However overall a good stay and experience and a nice quiet resort.
