East On Byron

We stayed in a 2 bedroom beach house which was really nice. The property was well presented, comfortable and generally clean. The shower were hot and the pressure really good. The apartment had everything you would want for a night or a week. Outside furniture and bbq. Pool and pool area is really nice with plenty of loungers although the property was quite quiet when we were there. Would definitely recommend.

TV had grubby hand prints on. Those little plastic pots of milk😫, for the cost of the accommodation I’m sure the owners could put a small tetra pack of milk in the fridge, or even a small jug of fresh milk. I personally have a bit of an issue with those little plastic pots, not only the plastic but the milk itself is horrible what little is left after you open them and sprayed half the contents everywhere!

The property has great location, 150m to the Belongil Beach. The two bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable and has big living room and outdoor seating area. The Treehouse and Italian restaurants are just next door. I highly recommend it!

The outside pool area get very busy and super noisy with little children and their families... The noise started early morning and pretty much in the late afternoon too... Some of the garages are very small so you will not fit your bigger SUV car. The other option was to park under the pergola on the designated spot.

Our pool villa was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Close to the pool and spa, just through a side gate to our villa, and the beach is a 2 minute walk away as well. Good walk into town, about 15 minutes but why drive when you're in Byron anyway. Such a beautiful location and we were all impressed with the resort and villa .Shame it rained but will definitely come back on our next trip. Thanks for having us

Wifi needs to be improved Mop & Bucket perhaps. We like to keep our area clean, but it was Splendour and we were all muddy! Apologies for the outdoor area, but we did our best under the circumstances

Belongil beach across the road where we watched whales, and a short drive to Byron Bay, or a longish walk if you're of a mind. There was a nice pool in the villa plus the main pool. Landscaping and parking were great. No real issues with the freshly renovated villa, it was lovely.

I booked East because of the access to a couple of my favourite local eateries e.g. Treehouse, but sadly they were closed for renovations whilst we were there.

Great Resort which is only a few steps to the beach. You can hear the waves crashing to shore from the terrace/veranda. Our son loved the pool and the provided pool noodles. The Apartment is quite big for Byron. Although there is a Backpacker hostel and the famous TreeHouse Restaurant next door, it was very quiet and tranquil. Secure parking at the property was a plus as the Childe Street gets quite busy during the day and in the evenings. We loved the East on Byron and will be back.

Just some minor things: the dishwasher was a bit challenging for us (programming does not automatically go through, you need to manually set the rinsing session) and did not do a good job (dishes always came out dirty). Also, cleaning is only provided when you stay at least 7 nights, which means that new towels, toilet paper, dishwashing powder etc. will not be replaced when you stay less. Not a big deal for us though, although we did stay 6 nights and just missed the cut-off.

It is super clean and has everything you need. The pool is sensational and the location is perfect. We prefer to be a little out of the hustle and bustle of the heart of Byron. Belongil is perfect right in the middle of f Byron and the Industrial Estate

Fantastic friendly service, over the road from the beach, beautiful pool area with lovely setting areas and the pool was a good temperature. The apartment was spacious and the showers had good pressure The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals. Large dinning table and good size couches.

The apartment kitchen would function better with an island bench with stools. The bed was very hard and you could feel the springs also the pillows were average

great location. Close to all amenities -within walking distance. Good outdoor facilities, deck views and beautiful pool. Easy walking access to beach. Unit is spacious, well provided for and very comfortable for 4 adults. Beautiful boat painting on the wall.

Walkways exposed to rain from carport. Lack of a non stick frypan at minimum- breakfast was a slight disaster. Highly perfumed reed diffuser -not good for sinus.

Spacious , clean and great location. Across the road from the beach . Very close to Treehouse which has fabulous food. A very easy 18 minute walk into town if needed. Great pool area - large pool which would’ve been great if it was heated and warm like the spa. Friendly service. Will definitely be back.

So peaceful, great pool and not in the heart of Byron. good upkeep of outdoor area and landscape. Secure car parking and comfortable beds.

Very dirty bathrooms. Grout and sinks all need to be replaced urgently with rusty drains in both bathrooms. Decor outdated and needs better thorough apartment cleaning including new carpet needed. A little overpriced for what it was compared to Gold Coast or other parts of QLD.
