Julians Apartments

Location and facilities (all required apartment needs). Only a 15 min walk to town. Sadly no free parking anywhere in town so being able to walk was a benefit. Plus I left my phone charger behind and management was helpful and friendly and offered to post back to me. Very grateful.

Unfortunately the room we had there was no where you could go sit in the sun. Being winter that would have been nice. But I believe it be the reverse in summer, be perfect. I believe rooms on level 1 would have access to places you can sit in the sun tho I'm not sure.

The location was amazing, about a 10 minute stroll into town and a great walking distance to the beautiful beaches and the lighthouse. The room was a good size for two but also has a fold out couch and divider from the main bed and living area so you could have a guest stay/children stay if needed. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities in the room are fantastic if you are needing somewhere to stay long term. Having a dishwasher, fridge, small cook top and washing machine/dryer was very handy for our 4 night stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds are well maintained with beautiful gardens.

We love the whole layout of the apartment, it was very relaxing and we had everything we needed. We had the convenience of a washing machine, full kitchen, and the location was perfect. We had fun hiring out the bikes and riding into town and along lighthouse road. We would definitely stay here again.

We would've like having a TV with Netflix or something for the nights we wanted to stay in and watch a movie. There was normal TV channels but it kept dropping out saying the reception was low but we had our laptop so we just watched movies on that.

At first thought was too far out but really was 15 min walk from the centre of the town Bit noisy with the traffic heading to the lighthouse before sunrise each morning but nothing a good set of ear plugs didn’t sort out Don’t choose a road side location and expect quietness!!!! Honestly not a thing wrong at all

The staff are lovely and the rooms are great value for an excellent location. We've stayed multiple times now and recommended to our friends. The upstairs rooms have very high ceilings which give a really nice spacious feel. The location is perfect as it's an easy walk to town but also an easy walk to the lighthouse and wategoes beach. We will always book this accommodation when we come to Byron.

The property next door is under construction which meant some early morning noise, but it looks like they are almost finished now (completing landscaping and cleaning up) A couple of the rooms could do with an update on their pans/knives.

The courtyard studio apartment was clean and comfortable, bed and sofa bed were also comfortable. Property is in a great location, quiet area, very close to beautiful beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Narrow parking spaces and little room to manoeuvre when reversing into designated spot.

lovely quiet location, off street secure parking and the apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed and more.

the bed was VERY soft. it’s a preference thing. the complex is challenging for anyone with mobility issues with stairs and steps being the only access to the apartments.

Hosts are wonderful, kind and very accommodating. Apartment was lovely clean and light with very high ceiling. Large balcony to relax on warm afternoons. Has everything you need. Perfect location between town beaches and nature/local walks. Loved every second! Thank you!

The only negative I found was that there is no pool, but being so close to the ocean there is no need! 10/10

The location to the beach. Plenty of kitchen utensils to cook your own meals.

Stayed for 7 nights and there was no linen or towel change. You had to stay more than 7 nights to receive a linen change. One half a roll of toilet paper supplied.

The hosts were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful! Really appreciate the early check in and being able to store my luggage after checkout until my flight. Fantastic location, right across from the beach, close to both the city and the lighthouse. The apartment is very nice, modern & clean and has everything you might possibly need plus there are those extra touches that make the experience even more comfortable like the washer/dryer & washing powder, coffee machine, safe deposit box, ironing board. Shower had great water pressure too. Can’t recommend enough!
