Can't complaint about a thing to be honest. Husband and wife in the office we're always friendly, accommodating and my kids loved their dog YoYo. Location you just can't beat it. Room was clean and they did a daily clean as well if you needed it. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing to report really. For the price you pay, you couldn't complain about a thing with this hotel. If I had to write something it would be that the parking was tight but it made no difference as you could park on the street.

Great location, clean room, excellent facilities for own breakfast/lunch and tea/coffee. Because we booked at the last minute, judging by the height of the bench tops and space in the room I think we were given the disability room. That was not a problem to us, I'm very pleased that you have a well set up room for people with a disability.

I didn't mind doing the washing up (which I did) but other motels I have stayed in recently have said that cups and cutlery is washed in a dishwasher at high temperature to ensure cleanliness. This is reassuring considering that we have been through Covid and it is still a concern to many people, especially more senior travellers.

We have stayed here several times now. Older style which we like as the rooms are large and very clean. Microwave, cups, plates cutlery provided which is great. Comfy bed, good shower. Close to the pub where we like to have dinner and walk to the beach. Will stay again when we are coming through.

The fan light light has a very light glow on during the night (as I have the fan on low to circulate air in the room).

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Bella Villa. It was a great location and we were able to walk to town, restaurants and the beach. The room was perfect for our needs and was very clean as was the pool. We would happily rebook with Bella Villa again without hesitation. The owners were very friendly as well.

I badly split my toe on a metal pad inside door of No5. Raised above the carpet level about an inch with no apparent purpose it is dangerous. Sadly I bled significantly on the carpet and sought a medical centre next morning to avoid infection risk. Otherwise all good!

Excellent location, we were able to walk everywhere- swimming, beach walks, shopping, meals, Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was excellent and we had it to ourselves.

Would have liked some shampoo in the room, we were expecting it so didn't take any. Vanity needs a good clean, drawers were a bit surprising. Needs more hanging space for towels to dry. Information folder could do with a wipe down, it was very dusty and with covid we thought it was something that should be definitely wiped down.

we love hotels that we can just drive into, park the car and walk into your room. we had a ground floor room, lovely big comfy bed (firm but perfect for us), big flat screen tv that you can watch from the bed, clean spacious room. looks like it has had a refresh. perfect location and walking distance to pubs, bowls club, shopping, beach and lovely walks. Owners super friendly and happy. this is our second stay. will be back and love Forster.

Great property, fantastic for work trips or overnight stays on long distance travel. nice and cosy. Staff had the A/C on for me prior to arriving at the property so it was nice and warm when I arrived. Private kitchenette really handy.

Everything was great, no complaints. The only thing that would have made it better would be the option to pay extra for late checkouts but it was fully booked when I stayed.

Comfort. Close to hotel where we had dinner and breakfast. Quiet.

The only thing that was a bit of a bother was the batteries in the remote were dead. The reception was closed so fortunately we had some in our main luggage which we had not intended to remove from the car for a one night stay. Maybe the cleaners could check that the remote actually works. This would be our only complaint.

It was a comfortable room and it was good having a small kitchenette and table and chairs to sit and eat meals. The staff were nice. The location was great, close to everything. I would stay again next time I am in Forster..

It is an old motel and needs alot of updates but still comfortable. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable.
