The place was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable so we had a very good rest. The breakfast was very generous and good for the day. The host was friendly and helpful beyond our expectation. The view from the back of the house is beautiful.

Driving into and out of the driveway might be a little difficult for some drivers. I was not concerned about it as I took my time to drive in and out of the driveway slowly and carefully. The step from the bedroom to the bathroom may cause a concern. The light sensor attached to door to see the walk way at night is an excellent idea.

It was a whole wing of the house. Includes a large sitting room, dining corner, laundry room, big clean bathroom/toilet, huge deck with comfortable sofa and dining. The lounge room and bedroom opens into the deck. The B&B is old rustic charm and comfortable. Host Anne is very friendly and helpful with information. We were greeted with tea/coffee and cakes when we checked in. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and having our breakfast and afternoon tea. Morning wake up calls were the birds chirping. Very relaxing and lovely stay.

Andavine House is a great stopover if you travel with your dog. You have half the house and deck. It is very private and comfortable and the dog is welcome to stay inside with you in his own bed. Anne and David were so lovely and welcomed us upon arrival. Brekky is included. Hugo (the dog) and I loved staying there. The town center is a short stroll away and you can park the car on the property. Can highly recommend iAndavine House. Thanks, Anne and David for your hospitality.

Everything about this B&B was wonderful. The pre-stay communication was excellent with great attention to detail. The cup of tea and piece of cake on arrival was especially lovely after a long drive. The breakfast food provided was plentiful and generous. The space we had which included kitchenette, bathroom and lounge room area exceeded expectations. Anne and David were very very helpful and looked out for us when we went out for a walk and were caught in a severe storm. Thank you for you excellent hospitality.

We stayed overnight on our way to a conference on the Gold Coast. It was two thirds of the way and a nice place to stop. The owner very friendly and set up self contained from main house. Breakfast is only continental and self serve - other B&Bs are more substantial re breakfast. In fairness to owner it may a left over from COVID as she is very concerned not to get it.

A comfortable B&B hosted by a very nice couple - Anne and David. Quiet location with a good deck overlooking greenspace. Breakfast provisions were the standard Continental and quite adequate. Good selection of teas and coffees to hand. Lounge area was nicely set-up. Anne's dinner recommendation was perfect for us - good Pub food overlooking the mighty Clarence.

There was nothing to complain about or to observe needing remedy.

There was so much to love about Andavine House. Anne was the perfect hostess and made us feel like welcome guests to her home. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She even offered to pick up the pizza we’d ordered for dinner! The B & B is in a quiet part of South Grafton with a peaceful rural outlook from the deck. The rooms were spacious and we were provided with everything that might be needed for a relaxing stay. There was a coffee machine, a great assortment of tea bags, biscuits and plenty of great options were provided for breakfast - orange juice, apple juice, cereal, muesli, yoghurt, fruit, toast, croissants and spreads. There was a lot of attention to detail and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent breakfasts with plenty of variation. B and B ideally situated with views over open ground to distant sports facilities and airfield. Hosts Anne and David are so friendly and helpful.

Andavine House is literally a home away from home. Ann and Dave have thought of everything to make your stay very welcoming and comfortable. From a massively restful bed, spotless bathroom, yummy breakfast, vast veranda, off street parking, great Wifi, privacy….the list goes on and on… if you’re in the greater Grafton area do yourself a favour and stay at Andavine 10/10.

The only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Warm welcome, made to feel at home. Anne supplied us with a cuppa and cake on arrival. Everything we could possibly want was readily available, even fresh fruit. Anne booked us a table at one of the local hotels for dinner. Our accommodation was very spacious and included an outside deck with nice country views. We both had a great sleep in the comfy bed.
