Female manager was fantastic. Made us feel very welcome, and was full of local knowledge. She went above and beyond. The artisan pools were awesome. I'd never been in one before, and was one of the reasons for booking accommodation. Plenty of car parking space. Restaurant was open for dinner. We utilized room service for breakfast. Beds were comfy. Slept well after our dip in the pools.

Room was outdated but had all conveniences. Just needs some tlc. Had some broken floor tiles which need to be replaced. Had very heavy drapes instead of privacy blinds on full length full wall windows/doors. Would have been nice to be able to open them to take advantage of the river view and without neighbours looking in

Room was comfortable, clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchenette had good basic supplies. Bathroom, floors a bit slippery so be careful. Aircon worked well, and low noise. The staff were helpful, we asked for additional pillows and they were there for us. from Maureen at checkin … Margaret room service and Sasha at checkout, could not have asked for better service. The on-site pools (the “cold” pool was being renovated so not available for use… ) but the other two were just what we were looking for… easy entry and exit with hand rails if required. Overall a nice relaxing stay… the hotel is a bit dated but clean and comfortable…. All on ground level so no stairs… parking out front of our room we stayed for a week and will be back.

Bathroom floor a bit slippery……

Loved the artesian pools, very relaxing and left my hair and body feeling soft. Got one of the deluxe rooms and there was a lot of space and it was near the pools. The lady who booked us in was amazingly friendly. I will definitely be returning a few times a year to experience the artesian pools again.

Chose the vegan lasagne for dinner (they have a restuarant onsite) and it only had two ingredients - zucchini and tomato passata. Really was not acceptable as food. So if you are vegan, don't order the lasagne. Other than this everything else was great.

Pools were very relaxing even for our 9 week old baby so nice and warm she went to sleep In the hydro pool. Room Was quite a nice size and plenty of room. Bed was so relaxing.

Hydro pool did have a bit of a smell at times when the spa was switched on but overall the water was very refreshing.

The owner/manager was very lovely and helpful. Our room was very spacious and right next to the hot pools. The 2 hot pools and the cool pool were great.

Would have been great to have unstained mugs. Also it would be good to have a cloth to wipe the benches and a scourer to clean mugs and plates better.

Good Facilities, Rooms clean.

Unfortunately the restaurant is closed, we found it had a fire back in September 22 so dinner plans were dashed. this is not indicated when booking. Pools are good, rather dirty and stained especially when compared to online pictures. No spa part on outside pool as indicated.

I’ve stayed here once a months for the past 3 months. staff, location and facilities especially 3 pools on-site. meeting other travelers. thanks to all staff making my stay comfortable every time, it’s so relaxing n lovely staff

kitchen is still under renovation, the room could be cleaner but I understand it can get booked out busy

The ARTESIAN POOLS were grand. Warm to quite hot - we swam twice a day, after lunch and then after dinner. The hotter pool also has a spa at one end which was great. Was very lovely and relaxing. The Motel is within easy walking distance of the town of Moree. Grand walks around the town - wonderful old buildings very well preserved. Lovely park. Certainly worth a visit. The meal in the restaurant was fine too.

We ended up here by default. We couldn't contact Our usual accommodation thanks to telstra,but this will be our new Place To Stay. Staff so friendly and accompanying,rooms and pools clean and comfortable. Water temperatures perfect. Also we where given spa towels, which was a nice touch. Meals in dining room were delicious

Insects came in under the door overnight, but that's just nature, found insect spay in cupboard when we were packing up. Nothing a draught stopper on the door 🚪 couldn't fix.we rolled a towel up under the door, which stopped problem

Clean room and larger than usual bathroom, the pools were great and grounds pleasant. Staff on arrival very friendly and the car parking is easy to use as there is room for large vehicles

I felt it was more expensive than what it provided. We paid $239 for one night . I has asked for a towel for the pool and was told one would be delivered to room but it didn't arrive so that was disappointing.
