Friendly motel with nice clean spacious rooms. Bathroom was renovated and shower with adequate hot water and water pressure. Not much near by so quiet at night. Artesian baths within walking distance but we ended up driving for convenience. Included breakfast is a fantastic bonus, basic with tea/coffee, cereal (individual packet options of weetbix, all bran, cornflakes, nutrigrain, just right) with milk(whole milk), sliced bread/toast(white/multigrain/ brown/wholemeal) and toppings (butter, little square plastic foiled packets of honey/jams/ peanut butter/Vegemite )

WiFi internet is terrible. Only really works near reception. When you connect usually works a few minutes and cuts off all the time. Saggy soft bed with springs, mattress needs replacing .

Staff were friendly & helpful....room was a good size & bathroom very nice & clean

We didn't have a plug cover in 35 bathroom sink & a giant cockroach invaded our space.....the area outside the door was too small especially for a table & chairs plus hard to get to room with luggage........We thought the bfast shld hv included fruit.....not happy my friends room was not made up to move in & she was inconvenienced having to move rooms for the night.....the price was reasonable & most expectations were met....

It's a biggish motel. Bit of distance to town. A courtesy bus is supplied by local rsl for a good feed. Security is good with a gate closing after dark. The room is big with big ensuite newly fully tiled. Looks good and very clean.

The bed was the let down. It's not to the standard of the motel. Also it appears the websites are pushing the prices up. This discourages us from travelling within Australia escountry areas. This is not the motels or pubs fault. It's sad that we are being forced to go overseas or ship cruises rather than our back yard and help out others.

Breakfast: excellent atmosphere; staff friendly & supportive. Also all the staff connected with were positive supportive & happy with energy Also found excellent the atmosphere of unit #4 & the placement of the light in the room & bathroom very calming 🌝 🔹when rebooking will check to see if this atmosphere is through all units. Location : excellent Space of car park : excellent Recommend: yes will recommend to all travelling friends & have already shared our excellent experiences aligning to their travels

Management & staff extremely friendly, safe & accessible location, laundry facilities is a bonus. Walking distance to centre of town. Room comfortable, good heating & cooling. Pool area always clean. Very close to the Mineral Pools.

Internet is a bit patchy but that's just the area, if Telstra and other providers could ensure decent internet throughout Australia then this wouldn't be such a problem.....nothing to do with Spa Village

Friendly staff at check in. Bathroom was newly renovated and had great water pressure which was great after a long drive. Kids single bed was tucked up off to side and out of way giving us adults abit of space. Basic Breakfast of toast and cereal was included.

Whilst the bathroom was renovated the main living area and bed was not however it was still neat and tidy and presented ok. Tight car parks for larger vehicles. Was hard to find the entry at night as the hotel is on the main road but the entry is on side street. It’s a L shape lot with a vacant land on the corner so we missed the entry at first.

Bathroom was very modern and it was a comfortable stay. Heater worked well. Free continental breakfast made it easy to feed the kids and leave nice & early.

The smokers allowed to smoke outside of the rooms. We had to walk our kids past people out the front of their room smoking and it wafted into our room. Would be so much better if they had a smoking area that other guests could avoid if they don't like the smell.

Breakfast was basic but good. Very happy to have it on location. Saved going anywhere else. Loved the fact my car was safe for the night too. Staff were nice & friendly

The bed could’ve been a bit more comfy but they were doing upgrades when I left, so maybe next time. They had a big skip bin behind my car park which made it a bit difficult to get in & out

Breakfast was good with a assortment of cereals and a assortment of breads for toast .I like that they can call the local club for the courtesy bus to pick you up to take you there and back again

They have done the bathroom ups which they look great but I did notice that if you look at the step in the shower on top the water must sit there and the cleaners must not be wiping when cleaning as the slim came off with my finger I used to be a cleaner

the people were very friendly and welcoming. the room was a good size and had everything promised. The microwave took a little bit to work out how to use it. The bathroom was clean and looked newly refurbished. the breakfast was simple but everything needed.

The bed was a little too soft but I slept fairly well.
