Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Wait staff attentive and good. Motel rooms are much the same anywhere, we look for good bed, cleanliness and a bit of room to move around. A good shower is always appreciated with plenty of hot water and pressure. Not a fan of soap etc containers, I find them a bit difficult to use, scared they will come off the wall. Also I think they could be a health hazard being difficult to clean and sanitise. Personally I never use them.

No biscuits to have with cuppa on arrival. No bedside table with a light on one side of bed. Had to move a chair there.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were made very welcome. The owner made time to share a drink or few with my family and we had a great afternoon chatting about all sorts of things. There was a great pool for us to relax in during the evening as it was very warm.

Unfortunately because it was a public holiday the restaurant was not open. It looked really good and we were looking forward to having a steak. Fortunately we were pointed in the direction of a good pub 15 minutes slow walk away which met our expectations so we got to eat the steak we were hanging out for

Right from the very start of booking this motel on Booking.com it became obvious these guys new the meaning of Customer Satisfaction. I elected to stay an additional night at the front end of my stay and from that point I knew the staff at Burke and Wills where at the top of there game. To all the staff well done and as I travel widely through work my stay would rate as one of the very best congratulations and continue to lift the bar.

Fabulous location for a relaxed walk to town. Staff went out of their way to help us charge our EV. Birthday dinner at the restaurant - delicious meals & candles on the dessert made it extra special. Not our first time here & won't be our last. Our go to accommodation for Moree.

Other guests could be a little more considerate leaving early in the morning - not everyone is off to work. Didn't reduce our score as nothing to do with the staff or hotel.

The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered room service from the restaurant. The salt and pepper calamari was perfect 😍 and the steak was cooked exactly as ordered.

A toaster was provided but no crockery or cutlery which meant the toaster was redundant 🤷‍♀️ The mattress was OK but would benefit from an upgrade.

A fabulous motor inn. I have stayed at many, many hotels along the Newell travelling to see family. I have stayed in some very very ordinary motels - but not this one. Reception was very friendly. The room was super clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom extremely clean. Ample amount parking. Highly recommend. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Loved the breakfast and dinner. It was my first time trying pumpkin soup and I loved it. Staff were super friendly and I would visit them again.

It was bit cold at night I wish there were some way to heat up the room, heated blankets were there and hot water as well. overall I loved the place.

Lovely little spot just off the main highway. Great facilities, quiet, and large spacious rooms. The bathroom was clean and modern. I'd stay here again

The light came through the door of the room. Not a big deal as I keep an eye mask with me but worth noting if you are light-sensitive at night

I was really happy with my check in from The moment we arrived we were greeted by the lovely managers who are running the motel. I would recommend this motel to anyone nothing was a problem and they went above and beyond there duties for instance we were waiting ages for a taxi and they actually told us to cancel our taxi and drove us to our destination for dinner so surprised they were lovely people thanks guys we will be back.Debra Phillips
