the accommodation was very good , comfortable , clean and quiet. Enjoyed the stay. We spent five weeks travelling to Hervey Bay ,then down the coast to Narooma. We both agreed that Parkes was the best town we went to on the whole trip. The town is a credit to the council and residents .Every where walked from the hotel down to the war memorial ,through the park and around the town we were impressed by the tidy and well kept buildings ,streets and public areas . We had Dinner at the the Coachman Hotel and that was very good as. We will recommend the stay and the town of Parkes to anyone who is going that way.

We have stayed at Coachman hotel motel before, is very central and off the Newell highway, the young man at reception very welcoming. The rooms are quite modern, clean and fresh. Beds excellent. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restraunt, not overpriced.. Coachman hotel motel is good value for money, highly reccommend.

Nothing not to like.

The room was clean and comfortable and quite roomy. Being upstairs it was quieter than perhaps if we had had a ground floor room. Bonus of course was being able to have a wonderful dinner on site. Very central for me as I have to wait until I am picked up so navigating the town was easy and handy.

Don't know that there was anything not to like.

We booked on line whilst travelling & did phone to touch base prior & staff were helpful. Dinner was presented & cooked to perfection. Especially the T-Bones. Staff were happy & super friendly & we stayed on after dinner & enjoyed Musical Bingo. Definitely worth a recommendation to all travellers.

Central location. The room was spacious and clean. The heater worked well and there were also extra blankets available. With minus 2.5° in the morning both were needed and it was great that they were on hand. We dined in at the restaurant and food was great.

location was so central to where I wanted. The meal at the hotel was lovely. The parking was directly outside the room We couldn't hear the noise from the hotel to the room which was so good Staff were friendly and answered our questions without any issues Would stay there again

Would have liked to have breakfast in the room but there was a café right across the road which was accommodating and lovely breakfast

Close to all the places I visited whilst I was in Parkes. Everything was within walking distance.

More care needs to be taken when dusting/cleaning the room. The way the TV was mounted, you could see the thick layer of dust on the back of the TV in the mirror. Bathroom door needed a wipe down as previous person obviously had tanning lotion on their hand and left fingerprints on the bathroom side of it when they opened/closed the door.

Very friendly staff and exactly what I expected for the low cost. Very clean and secure facilities, close to cafes and central Parkes

Perhaps a sign in the car park or a bigger one in reception door that check in is in the front bar after hours. The sign that is there is only readable if you're already at the reception door

Great location. Lovely hotel, staff and Bistro. Very convenient to room. Rooms comfortable & clean.

Motel a little tired and having to leave the pub to get some sleep - as the atmosphere on a Saturday night with solo entertainment was fabulous.

Nice place for an overnight stop, room was comfortable and location close to shops, accommodation separate from Hotel, short walk across car park. Meals we had at Hotel very nice.

Meals area a Hotel - music was a little loud .
