Comfortable place to spend the night. Fairly basic but the beds were very comfortable. Very friendly staff at check-in. It's conveniently located, easy to find. We had a nice meal at the pub a couple of streets away. For the price, it's a good place to stay.

There seemed to be an electric blanket on the bed but it didn't have any sort of switch. Only found it in the morning. Some instructions would be good. No bowls or cutlery so if you bring your own breakfast food, you'll need to bring your own utensils. The bathroom door handle was very squeaky! (Sorry forgot to mention it at checkout.) These are minor issues though - we had a very comfortable stay.

Friendly service, we drove up from Sydney for a family funeral and we’re going to arrive just after check in time. I phoned the property and they were very accommodating & stayed at reception until we arrived. They also had the heating ready to go for us when we arrived which was lovely as it was a cold night. The beds were super comfy, fabulous location and great customer service! Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was very good as it was away from traffic noise yet convenient to the CBD.

Breakfast service was not available, yet there was no provision for in-room breakfast: no bowls, no microwave, and a very small room frig.

As first time users of this Motor Inn we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The room was comfortable and warm with nice clean towels, bedding and kitchen utensils. Hardly any road noise so was nice and quiet. Location is great, walking distance to eating places and the price was right. Will stay here again.

Got there and the staff were excellent in welcoming us and then helping us with information and so forth. Room was huge and very comfortable with great facilities. Hotel was close to everything and in a great area for walks etc.

Too short a stay... nothing wrong with the hotel at all.

Arrived on a freezing cold wet early evening & was warmly greeted. On entering the room realized I had not requested a microwave (my fault). Back to reception & the lady was more than happy in the rain to get one for me & set it up in the room.

Everything was as expected, nothing not to like.

This motel is in a great position to walk to most things in Forbes. While it is an older style motel, it was clean and very comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful in making suggestions for places to eat and where to go.

Spacious room. Parking at your door. Central location is convenient. Host was lovely and very helpful.

Rooms are quite dated and could use a freshen up, particularly beds and bathroom.

Twin room was well equipped, if a little "cosy" for three, which it provides for. Pool clean and pleasant. Rooms well sound proofed. Air conditioning amazingly quiet and efficient.

Inner courtyard, parking area must be so hot. Any chance to f a central garden bed and a tree?
