The staff were exceptional, we were traveling and checked in late, they turned our heater on and put milk in the fridge for us! The room was lovely and warm when we arrived! The beds were so comfortable, and the room was very clean and spacious. even the motel is very close to the main road into Parkes, it was very quiet.

I can't think of anything that could be better.

Good value for money. Comfy beds. The staff were very helpful for my late check in. Even left the heater on for us as it was freezing outside. 😊

The bathroom is quite small with the sink being the kitchen. The outside lights stay on all night and light up the room despite the curtains but overall a nice stay.

Great location for us. Also our room was very quiet. The best feature of the motel was the staff, couldn't have been better. Delicious (and plentiful) food from the on-site restaurant - we chose room service. Certainly good value for the price.

Short of pulling it down and starting again it would be hard to upgrade. This is an older style motel with smaller rooms. More than adequate for an overnight stay and pretty well appointed. The bathroom was small (shower & toilet) with the hand basin in the main room. That said, for a couple of travellers looking for an overnight stay, the room was comfortable and value for money. We would very happily stay here again.

Shannon was absolutely lovely and very accommodating! Amazing customer service. The beds were comfortable and beautifully presented. Everything was clean and tidy.

Just a much older building than we expected from the photos.

The location was near all the places we wanted to visit. The price was very affordable and the facilities were fantastic. We didn't happen to meet the receptionist as we arrived late and left early but the arrangement was done well in advance.

Nothing to complain about.

The restaurant food is amazing and the waitress Billy too. The rooms were big and clean. Easy check in and check out. Close to everything.

The shower curtain didn't hold the water in the shower so the floor was soaked after a shower. The bed was a little hard. But all good for a few nights stay.

property presented well and was mainly well maintained. because it is situated on flat 59kmh stretch of road traffic noice from trucks at night is minimal. adjacent parkland good for walks.

fibreglass basin/sink in very poor condition due to age and urgently needs replacement. bathroom needs a refurbishment.

We chose this motel as it was on our way from Townsville to Melbourne. It exceeded our expectations as we were able to have dinner in the restaurant and not have to leave the premises. Also not overpriced. Room was excellent and met all our needs. Would definitely stay again when doing a trip.

Nice location, across from Lake was lovely for an afternoon walk to watch the sunset & birdlife

Bed was comfortable, shower flow and the temperature was great, staff were great, ate at the restaurant and the food was great at a very reasonable price.

The room was not the same as in the photo so because of the photo expected a bigger room with a perspex shower screen rather than a plastic curtain.
