The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was central. Great Cafe across the road that does delicious food. Comfortable bed... extremely soft mattress, which some people may not like. Clean and bright room. Block out blinds were great to allow a good sleep.

The outside of the building needs an upgrade... I almost changed my mind about staying there when I saw it. Thankfully, inside the rooms were stunning. No microwave.

Our room was at the back of the Hotel but right near in line with the Pokies room and people were a bit too loud right into the early hours of the morning. Might be of benefit if the hotel staff could ask the people in the poker machine room to keep it down, keep the noise down.

It was exactly what you’d expect for the price, was easy to find and plenty of parking, complimentary water bottles.

It wasn’t very clean - the bathroom had hairs in the sink and on the tiles. The beds also didn’t feel very clean. The kettle has also seen better days. The rooms were adjoining the pub so it was quite noisy (was kept awake until 2am)

we found the location was exerlent, the accomdation was exerlent,the room we stayed in was great and the food was very nice and the staff were very friendly helpful and the gaming room was exerlent free drinks.thanks to all the staff at the jamison hotel for your help and friendlyness regards tony russell.

We didn't have breakfast,but the dinner was AMAZING,a little pricey,but definitely worth it. We had nachos and cheeseburger meal. And room was absolutely delightful.Staff at the Jamison were more than helpful and friendly. I'm definitely going to be staying again soon.

The area in outside gaming room was really squashy,and a lot of people in there. Also wouldn't mind a smoking area closer to rooms.

Clean and comfortable rooms, good choice for a trip to the blue mountains. Staff on checkin was friendly.

Quite pricy as it is in the greater sydney area but it is worth it. We got locked out of our room on checkout day as the timeshift was not taken over in their system and couldn't find any staff to help us for a while. Somehow the kitchen staff found someone who could reactivate our room card.

The staff were all extremely helpful & pleasant. I stayed here once a week over a period of 2 months and each time the staff were helpful, the accommodation clean and perfect for my needs. Even when I had to cancel my last visit due to the severe weather currently in NSW, they waived the cancellation fee without hesitation. I would stay here again and will do so if I return to Penrith for work.

very convenient location. Had everything we required in room and within close proximity. Nice & clean.

Little bit noisy late a night because it adjoins the pub, but that was to be expected.

Location, beds, and food.

The only thing was no washing facilities available for the visitor. Staying for the five days being able to wash some clothes would have been good.

Clean, cumfy, newly renovated. Perfect for the overnight stay for work next day. Lollies were a lovely touch, and the bar was close so a night cap was a great finish to avery long and cold day.
