It was comfortable, clean, and felt safe and private. The room was nothing fancy but nice enough to feel at home for one night, and had enough space to store my things and make tea without tripping over stuff (which I can’t say for all rooms above pubs). There was plenty of free parking on site (I stayed a Sunday night). The staff were friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee provisions, soap, shampoo, and towels were provided. The mini fridge had a tiny freezer compartment too!

It was a little noisy at times due to events being held nearby. The bathroom could use an update but it was still fit for purpose.

For the money this was a fantastic option. Staff were great, the hotel bistro had great value for money. Air conditioning, fridge, tea/coffee in the room, tv with Netflix.

For the price point this was great. Cheaper than a hostel for a private room. Little things like the blinds not going the full way down, and the slate glass windows can make it a little noisy when the cockatoos roost in the trees out the front. But this is all minor. I would stay again.

the Indian lady who served me was absolutely lovely. she opened up about her kids and made it a more personal experience. it made me smile. apart from that it's not bad.

that showers are communal, no wifi, very dirty on the outside - need people to clean the carpark, bird poo needs to be cleaned on the side entrance, bottle shops closed too early (not that I drink), fridge empty in the room, and milk wasn't in the fridge and the rooms need atleast one mirror because luckily it wasn't busy or else I'd probably have to keep walking down that long hallway if other women were also here. Main door entrance doesn't shut properly so people can enter if that's not fixed.

very close to the wedding we were attending, a bistro on site for dinner the Friday night. The staff were more than helpful, I needed an iron to iron a couple of shirts for the wedding and they very kindly found an iron even though it is not normally something they would supply. Beds were comfortable and water in shower was hot. all we needed really

noisy people in the room next door, especially when they got locked out and were knocking on the door trying to wake other occupants of the room up. not the hotels fault however as they do have signs up asking people to be quiet after 10 pm. Bathroom did have some built up dirt so could have been cleaner, however I am sure the cleaners were doing a good daily clean with the amount of time given.

Was comfortable and room well presented. Shower was nice and hot. Bed was comfortable. Overall a decent stay for the price

Toilet didn't flush very well, little noisy at night but as expected being above a bistro, didn't really bother us. Still a good place to stay

The restraunt offered tasty and affordable meals and each night they had a $16.00 special. We had dinner there most nights. Across the road a small cluster of shops Post Shop, IGA etc. The train stop was a five minute walk away and you could go anywhere from there.

Great location for The Blue Mountains and a train station on the doorstep. Fantastic food menu with daily specials at reasonable prices in a family orientated bar. Plenty of sport on view with numerous televisions.

Nothing negative at these prices

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Loved to food from their bistro would absolutely recommend to everyone.

The manager was so nice Alexander he was very helpful also only onethingthey forgot to put coffe in room butt other thna that my dad loved hi stay and said it was very clean very compfy

The location of the hotel is near the train station.

The room's bathroom door can't be close. and the screen in the bathroom have slight opening allowing insects to come in st night.
