Beds are clean and comfortable. Enough toiletries and towels provided. Cleaning staff were accomodating and attentive to the guests needs. They knocked at the door to check if we needed anything as we woke up late. Staff were all friendly and warm.

Some visitors were very noisy around 12 and 1am. Then, the fire alarm went off during between 12am to 1am. My husband went down to the reception to check. Apparently, someone used the fire door to exit and set off the alarm. My 2 young kids aged 4 and 5 was frighthened of the alarm and thought there was fire in the building.

I booked very last minute for a work trip. This place is so cosy. Sure there is a hotel downstairs but I didn't hear any loud noises or anything disturbing me. And KFC on your doorstep so I was very happy. The rooms are HUGE! and the customer service is amazing. I will be booking again when back in area for work for sure

Unfortunately I book very late the day of and my room had not been cleaned. The staff got straight to it moving me to another room. Service is excellent.

Room larger than expected. Well appointed with large bathroom. Bed was huge. Close to Servo for fuel and right beside a KFC for those inclined. Downstairs is a Hotel with full bar service, a gaming room and a restaurant. Food and service were great. It was great for me as I was working nearby.

It was so easy to get to from where I was visiting, unfortunately I was there for a funeral but it was good to go back to the motel just to relax. I didn't get to experience the room service or bar facilities but hoping to next time I visit

The birds in the area left a mess all over my rental car. One of the beds covers and sheets were stained and not inviting.

The spa was excellent! A really good size, not too small at all. It was also self-heating, meaning we ended up lazing around in it for 6 hours without it ever going cold. Beds were amazingly comfortable. They had proper double beds, not single beds pushed together. and it was super soft and comfy. a great sleep was had by all. The room was also very spacious, and Netflix worked well on the TV. (sometimes the reception isn’t great in hotels but it was good in this room)

Tiles in the bathroom could be very slippery when wet, and the USB ports didn’t work for me in room 18. But those were very small issues. For the price, location and room quality we were extremely happy.

Very clean rooms (coming from someone who used to clean hotel rooms!) and super helpful staff. Aircon worked very well, was great that the hotel was attached to the pub, which had a great variety.

Only thing that wasn't great is that the walls were pretty thin so when someone walked past at night playing music on their phone we could hear it, but it's a quiet hotel and a quiet area so not really a big deal.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was very spacious. Lovely rain shower head. I notified the staff the air conditioner was leaking onto the bed and carpet. Within minutes I was offered another room and credit at the bistro for the inconvenience.

The smoking area needed a good tidy up (sweep, empty ashtray and bins) The mattress cover had several stains. No toaster. No cash accepted for payment.

It's a great facility, have been a patron for many years. Affordable, easy to book a room. The food is great, fantastic variety, Rooms are clean and comfortable, I love the shower! So accessible, close to shops and major highways. Ample parking. Friendly staff that recognize us when we walk in, just and easy place to book and stay. Nice local neighborhood.

I would love to see breakfast included. When travelling for work it can just be a nice added bonus and something less to worry about. but not a major thing, doesn't stop me from coming back.

A meticulously clean room, with modern furnishings and finishings, a generous assortment of toiletries (which I didn't use), and very hospitable service from all staff. The linen was crisp and immaculate. Robert at the front desk was very helpful over the phone and in person. It was a convenient stop-over after watching a show at the Rooty Hill Coliseum.

it isn't at all the hotel's fault but Google Maps tried to take me into a paddock to find the hotel. The double bed, while really well dressed up, turned out to be two single beds joined with straps, which meant sprawling out was a bit weird, but I slept well

the bed was very comfortable

our room (29) was poorly located near a courtyard area where people gathered and talked until 1am until I personally had to complain to them . the sign in the are clearly says the area closes at 10 pm . the blinds had to be kept closed day and night for privacy.
