Lovely spacious room, very convenient location to attend the wedding we visited for. Great view out over the city. Fruendly, helpful staff and generous buffet breakfast. Also really appreciated the cosy on site restaurant open until 8:30 which was perfect for us arriving from out of town, in the evening after a work day. Plenty of on site, free parking.

There was a towel that wasnt removed from our room, underneath and behind the reading chair. Also why no mini bar (alcohol)? That's a simple thing that makes a stay perfect, convenient access to a nice glass of wine, without having to leave the comfort of your room. The bed also needs brakes or something. With two people sleeping in it, we were sliding around the room every time one of us moved which was disruptive to sleep.

get too hotel after a big weekend on the tools at the Asbk, walks in and go round too ask for a beer, and it shut at 10. no food, have a perfect set up too cater or get a one day Liscence too cater on the Sunday night too 1am. would of made a lot of money over a 3 hour period just for beers. and have A snack bar cooking toasted sandwiches, chicken and gravy rolls . chicken kebabs on a stick. etc. the management need too get there head in the game. 👎

The staff were great, the two receptionists were friendly and helpful and the kitchen staff were really good, polite courteous and attentive.

TV remote was not reliable, possibly needed a re-tuning or change of batteries. One of the bedside lights was flickering. I had to ask reception for spoons to stir our tea and coffee. The beds were on wheels and moved forward when I sat up to watch the tv.

Room was adequate for an overnight stay. Complimentary bottles (2) of water. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was choice between continental and full buffet and available from 6.00am. I chose the full buffet costing $26.50 included an expresso coffee - great value for the cost.

Shower head was fixed and a tad low for a 6'2" man. TV didn't offer streaming services. These comments are only nit-picking and wouldn't stop me from staying again.

Breakfast was the best buffet breakfast we've had in Australia, food was hot and fresh both mornings, dinner in the bar and grill was very good, only down side was the bar closed at 9.00pm despite many people still there who probably would have appreciated being able to buy drinks for an hour or so longer before going to their rooms. Rooms are a good size, beds surprisingly comfortable, bathrooms are a good size but not a lot of space on the vanity to place toiletries etc while using them.

Rooms could use a 2 seater couch for a bit more comfort, especially as the bar closed at 9pm. Cleanliness on the whole was okay but there was a big splodge of something on the glass door into the bathroom, carpets were very marked and the fridge was freezing everything in it! I did write all of this on the maintenance card and left in the room. The sliding door into the bathroom could use a handle to pull it back and forth as it was quite difficult to slide with the little ring type thing that I could see nails easily being broken on.

It was a last min booking. Check in staff super friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, roomy and had everything we needed (included enough milk, not those dumb pods). Room clean Comfortable Bed comfy Enough coffee for multiple drinks Restaurant served us the BEST food we have had when eating out… HIGHLY RECOMMEND… We will definitely stay there again!

The room was ⬆️ in price but still within range of other nearby hotels.

Stayed here many times. Always a good nights sleep. Rooms are clean and modern, if not brand new. Only minor issue is the TV which seems to suffer poor reception after a hour or so. I have had this same issue in a few rooms at this hotel, so assume it is the system issue, not the TV. Have reported it previously. Staff are always friendly, bar/restaraunt, reception, breakfast, all good.

Our first time there, we usually stay at the Travelodge, and with all the facilities available it was very good. The 24 hour reception, room service are valued commodities at our age and they were gratefully appreciated.

The shower - it is built into the bath and has a very limited entry access, and as my wife has had both knees done she was unable to step over the side of the bath securely to have a shower. With a large glass panel blocking three quarters of the bath, she couldn't even sit on the end of the bath and swing her legs over - so we will not be going to stay there again.

The place is in a good position away from the noise of the street. The shower pressure was really good, the bed was comfy, and the staff we very helpful, differently recommend, we would stay again..Great value for money, just of the highway in a good quite location.

No pay tv or net flicks, was not a smart TV to load in these channels just normal channels, the reception was good. the Aircon was fantastic

love the location for where we needed, parking was fantastic, staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and at a reasonable price and I really appreciated that were were staying with our 2 kids (15 & 5) and I had asked if the sofa bed could be set up as we would be in late, but we were pleasantly surprised to see that 2 extra single beds had been set up (which meant we didn’t have to share with the 5 year old!)

if I had to pick something, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly, but nothing that a wet wipe couldn’t fix
