Accessing the room was very simple and easy. The room was very clean and smelt fresh. The bathroom was actually quite nice and seemed to be recently renovated or very well maintained. A very comfortable stay overall

I was in one of the side rooms so there wasn't much of a view, I opened the window to see the colour bond fence. But I was really only looking for a room to sleep in and wasn't expecting a view so I was more than happy with the room

My only criticism would be parking, parking with room numbers clearly marked in front of rooms, there was a big trailer parked In front of rooms that were occupied, we had to park next to a carport away from our room where there was a pile of old mattresses, there was also alot of mess I'm guessing this is from the recent refurb & not permanent?? A full length mirror in the main room would have been nice also.

This may be the cleanest motel in Australia, and with a super comfortable bed. Quality bed linen, white fluffy towels and a quiet location but close to restaurants and shops. There are obviously renovations going on and on our arrival the place looked deserted and down at heel. Our room showed signs of significant wear and tear but I have no doubt will soon be sparkling.

Such a lovely motel if you are needing a place to stay in the Basin area. Excellent value for money, extremely clean, comfortable and warm during my winter stay. Across rd from shops, takeaway options, short walk to country club and beautiful waters edge.

I didn't receive any check in info so was a little confused when I arrived and no one was around. But soon found my way with written instructions on the reception door and a number to call to arrange remote check in.

Bed was very comfortable. Clean room and self contained if you were staying longer. Easy to book in. Sarah very pleasant. great location. Might be helpful for a local map and highlighting attractions.. if we were to come that way again, we would stay again.

Not so much didn't like but some small amount of maintenance would be good. Table had bubbles on surface, cupboards need a little care given to them.

Saw some negative reviews so did not know what to expect. Pleasantly surprised on arrival as the room was very clean and fresh. Everything worked - microwave, TV, fridge etc. Nice hot water. Good value for money and convenient to local shops etc. Lots of kangaroos on golf course at the rear.

Paintwork was a little tired in places but nothing that 5 mins with a paintbrush couldn't fix. Check - in was courteous and simple via phone. Didn't see any staff so can't comment.

New and modern fitout. Very clean and well stocked for utensils etc

We were not informed how to book in so we got a bit worried when we couldn't contact staff when we first got there. Luckily we called again and everything went well from there.husband said he would have appreciated another pillow.

At the back area of the motel you can enjoy the Golf view with the kangaroos as a main attraction. The beds were super comfortable. Easy access. Supermarket across the road.

The fridge didn't seem to get cold enough.

Outstanding value for money ! Perfect location with an easy quick drive to magnificent beaches, Room cleanliness was pristine, Bed was super comfortable and shower pressure was an unexpected pleasure. Met one of the housemaids who was really welcoming and friendly a true asset.

Close to sanctuary point. Played soccer for 2 days got in that day until late. Would stay there again to see more of sanctuary point. Clean, tidy, and close to little town shops. Want to come and see cave beach as boys love to surf.

Really nice as over stay for myself and my so. With whole family do look for place with pool jumping pillow etc
