I liked the room, it was very clean when I arrived. It was comfy and had everything I needed.

The only thing I will observe is that I had one day room service and was not what I expected. the rubbish bin was not emptied and the room was not vacuumed. I suppose it could have been better the next day if I reported to reception, but I didn't. Apart from that, all was very good.

The room was large and bed was comfortable.Convenient to to the town centre.

Courtyard was full of leaves and the outdoor furniture was old and broken. The courtyard looked lovely in the photos but unfortunately it was unusable due to broken chairs. The exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work and the bathroom had quite a bit of mould.Whilst the motel was in a great location we probably wouldn’t stay again.

Bed was comfy, Price was great and facilities exceeded my expectations. Restaurant on site was fantastic. Parking outside room was a plus. Bathroom clean. Close to shops etc.

WiFi struggled with movie streaming. Tap in bathroom required some maintenance. The two doors into the room was a bit confusing. We didnt realise the other door was for services so our room didnt get cleaned throughout the stay as we had the chain on.

door lock: out of the 2 doors to enter room, the door facing outside has a lock. however, the other door facing inwards only has a chain lock with no other locks, so someone could not enter but could open the door to a certain amount. i had no issues when I stayed one night but would feel more reassured if both doors had locked older style furniture and amenities

Quite a comfortable and spacious room with allocated parking in a good location. We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants and although we didn’t use it, it was nice to have a pool (it was uncharacteristically cold and wet for a January). Great value.

Room servicing was skipped one day but after commenting on it the room was perfect the next day.

I think the outdoor seating needs some love Also a ceiling fan would be a great addition when you don't want to use A/C overnight

Photos shown when selecting room was of a garden view. No garden view, actually facing restaurant carpark and its bin facilities. A bit disappointing.

Had all the things we needed for the night, bed was really comfortable and was a good night stay

The sliding door was not sitting on its rail properly and could not shut the door to the toilet, looked like it had been like that for a while as there were marks on the inside of the door, there were cob webs near the sliding door going out to the balcony and were well lived in.

Everything was great , this is the second time my group of friends have stayed here. It was nice that Leanne and Harry remembered us from before. Friendly hosts are always nice.

As I am getting older, next time I might stay on the ground floor.

Good location , only a few min drive to Coles / Woolworth and town center . We spent one night there , the room is spacious and clean . it was very quiet at night when close the window , but a bit noise in the morning because of the birds . It is essential to have a small dining table , so we can eat our take away food at night and have coffee in the morning .

The air con faces the bed head directly , which is not quite comfortable , as the wind just blow to my head when sleeping . I had to turn it off at night , but can’t open the window because of the noise from the road . The bathroom door got some issues , difficult to open from inside.
