Very clean and spacious accommodation. Fully renovated units with well equipped kitchens and lovely toiletries included. Property is next to Sussex inlet with direct access to the inlet and Cudimurrah Beach is a lovely walk around the inlet in the afternoon. Excellent spot for fishing and swimming but you must be careful when swimming as the current is very strong at all times of the day. Coin operated laundry facilities provided too which is a bonus. Internet access was never a problem if you need it.

It lacked a bit of ‘soul’ no one really there to welcome you or tell you about the place, which is filled with bird life and wildlife, so there is no knowledge sharing. The property is run by the local real estate agents, which is fine - but it just lacks a personal touch. However it’s a great property and this is really the only fault. I would have liked to learn more about the inlet. Also good to be aware that this property is 45mins from Husskinson - so quite a drive, which I would not recommend doing at night as the roads are not well lit. People in Sussex Inlet were lovely however and everything you could need is there. Including a great brewery called Swordfish.

The staff were helpful at the real estate. It was tidy. The kids enjoyed the play area.

Picking up keys and returning keys from the real estate was an inconvenience. Paid over $1400 for 3 nights and didn’t enjoy completely cleaning the property as we left. Mandatory cleaning included putting dishes away, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning mirrors and glass. It was also a shame to require so many $1 coins for laundry, it would be great if each room had a washing machine. Also beds were not made, we had to make them ourselves upon arrival. It didn’t feel like a resort, it felt more like a self contained unit.

Excellent environment, clean, tidy. Beach just a minute away unfortunately it is a smaller one. BBQ facilities are very good. Accommodation is spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. To have a cup of tea or coffee at the lovely deck in the front is a good start of the day.

Not enough cooking utensils. We don't have the blanket on the first night, luckily we brought our own sleeping bags.

Was all fantastic stay, from pick up of keys from real property agents bautifull location.

We cleaned property better then was found on arrival. Will dropping keys off on time i was accused of hitting Ross Earby car which was false then he tried to say i misunderstood him accusing me of something I didn't do. I would have been totally satisfied with accomidation if I didn't have to put up with Ross Earby bad customer service skills.

mini beach with calm clear water on inlet behind the location was superb addition to this quiet, clean, and nice accomodation. Inside our unit, everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable. They even provide mini coffee machine on our unit.

The shower cubicle, the water tend to flowing out especially when the children have the shower there.

Good value for money, great to have a small swimming pool, so the children could swim - the currents were too strong in the innlet. Great size unit, parking space.

No gas in any BBQ. Could have more utensils, etc in the kitchen.

The villa was clean apart from the oven the rooms were a great size and the balcony was great the bed was comfortable it was a great stay

It should be noted on the website that the villa must be cleaned by the guests beds changed floors moped and bedrooms vacuumed ond garbage disposed off otherwise there will be a cleaning charge spoiled the holiday somewhat

The location was away from the centre of town which IMO was great. Short drive to Cudmirrah beach which is beautiful. Place was comfortable and very clean. Looks very new. Very spacious. Area is very quiet.

Path down to inlet is unsafe and very gravely - had fall on my first night. Needs some steps installed. Clothes line was very old and broken. Single beds were not made up with linen.

Beautiful location, convenient with a 10 minute drive to the local shops. Close to the inlet and a walking track.

Lack of supplies because we were booked for 10 nights and only had limited kitchen cleaning materials. Also towels and linen were not changed during our stay.

Good quiet location, very comfortable accommodation great for our needs, short drive to beach. RSL in town has brilliant location with delicious food, served unbelievably fast. We needed a rest and we got it in lovely surroundings.

Site was steeper than I envisaged from photos of the area, particularly access to estuary/inlet, not straight forward to get kayaks etc to water, also limited room on the sand area.
