The rooms are a great size and the bed was really comfortable. Great facilities in the room, toaster, kettle, fridge and a good size bathroom with toiletries provided. The room was also nice and warm when we arrived, this was appreciated on a cold winter's night. The room was really quiet which was surprising given its location. We booked a deal including breakfast which was continental, the usual tea/coffee/toast/cereal. We were grateful they provided lactose free milk. We walked into town for dinner and drinks, easy walking distance :)

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and actually seemed happy to be there which is a good reflection on the hotel. Bed was super comfortable and room large and clean. Breakfast was very nice as well, we had the included continental breakfast which was quite nice, a little basic but suited our purposes.

Website for the restaurant needs to be updated. we chose this hotel due to a recommendation of the restaurant and the menu on the website. After going to the restaurant we discovered the menu was quite different and this was disappointing. The people next to use also chose based on the menu and expressed their disappointment to staff. food was good but not as what we were hoping.

My wife & l did our research on reviews for Best Western Sanctuary Inn, as well as other accomodation available in Tamworth (having never been to Tamworth previously, & not knowing anyone involved with or employed by the business/company). Decided to experience it for ourselves & put the many negative/petty reviews to the test. We will be back! Loved the location - being on the same side of the river as the CBD (& not far from the CBD, but still reasonably quiet!) was helpful & easier, but having access to the Woolworths over the road was also a beneficial option. Free Parking was great, especially with CBD having some ticketed parking. Stayed in a Superior Queen Room & slept like logs every night despite being closer to the road. Our room was clean & with small signs of use/wear, but not outdated - bed comfortable & mattress etc clean. No issues with water pressure or temperature, & the detachable shower head was thoughtful - also thoughtful was provision of pool towels in the room. Pool & Spa were operational & we thoroughly enjoyed that area every day of our stay. Handy note: "Spa" button does not have an "Off" switch, but switches off automatically after about 10 mins. Decent sized, fenced grass area behind the pool that kids could opt to play in. Pool 1.9 metres deep at one end... welcome news for tall people! Pool itself also had a stair free entrance as well as step entrance, which was helpful - a ramp to access the pool & grassy area/a wheelchair hoist would be great in future, if installed! Breakfast (Continental) was included in our booking - All fresh & plenty of delicious choice! Dined at Riviera one night - Pork Belly divine, as was the Mango Sorbet & Pistachio Ice Cream. Another patron ordered a Pasta dish - Pasta was twirled/mixed at the table by the server, who topped it with cheese after asking the patron. Compliments to Chef & Staff!

Trivial - Car parking spaces were a little tight.

We booked this place for us and our 2 young children to stay for one night only, so we could shower and sleep half way through our road trip to our destination. We didn't expect it to have a washing machine and dishwasher - it was clean and comfortable - perfect for what we needed. The downfall was that the hot water didn't last long enough for one of our kids to shower, so we were really disappointed that we couldn't shower. Also, the front door only had a simple button to lock it which made us feel a but uneasy about security, and the back door was easy enough for my toddler to open, which opened to a first floor balcony with furniture that could have easily caused a tragedy. We had to stack chairs and luggage in front of the door so the kids couldn't easily access it.

not to far from the centre near good food and the way the double room was set up with the upstair bedroom was excellent absolutely beautiful worth every cent rooms cleaned daily and the room lighting was perfect lovley and dark with all the lights off will be coming back for sure

ive never liked how we get charged for a mini bar and i feel like at least one complimentary breakfast should be the standard but if thats all i got to complain about it was still the perfect stay regardless

Hotel room was a bit more dated than I had was shown in the photos but everything inside was fine. Comfortable bed with extra bedding. Mini bar was well stocked. We stayed during winter and it was nice and warm inside with the heater going. Bathroom amenities were excellent. Parking was good with the car right outside the room and an especially good price point. Staff was also nice and friendly and very helpful.

The price for one night was very good, including basic breakfast. The room itself was clean, tidy and the AC kept it very comfortable, with parking at the door. Some might say the restaurant prices may be a bit steep but there are plenty of other places around at which to eat should you choose. Well located with friendly staff. In all we found it very satisfactory.

Easy check in. Friendly Staff. Great restaurant on site. Dinner and Breakfast were excellent. Close to Shopping centre. Very Clean room. Comfortable bed. Plenty of Parking. Pool area was great. TV and wi-fi in rooms.

The only suggestion I have would be a door on the shower. The fixed panel is not sufficient to prevent water from splashing onto the floor. Not only inconvenient, but also a Slip/Fall risk.

Great property to stay in town. Due to AgQuip the prices were higher than expected, but the service and cleanliness were great. Room service was also very good.

The phone on the room didn't work and tried calling from my mobile using but no answer, so I had to go to the reception/restaurant to place a "room service" order.

On a busy intersection but ideal central location for a weekend stay. Venue well sound proofed as traffic noise didnt bother us at all.Rooms were very nicely appointed and had everything you need (except a microwave) Room size was adequate. Dining room was very nice and included brealfast was way above par. Overall very happy with our decision to stay here.
