Located directly across the road from the Bowls Club, where the meals were delicious and reasonably priced. The room was very comfy and cosy - felt like home. The bed was comfortable, the linen lovely and fresh. The little extras both in the room and available at the service desk made it all the more welcoming. Coffee pods, fresh milk (not UHT stuff), all the towel and extra bathroom supplies you might need. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and informative. Actually, this place was hard to fault. If I was nit-picking, I'd probably say I didn't like the location of the aircon unit (which was at chest height, above the kitchen bench). But really, there was nothing I didn't like.

Inside of the rooms were super clean and smelled amazing the decor and colors were a perfect combination The bed was super soft and comfty perfect enough pillow and blankets The bathroom is super huge double shower and huge spa bath it was super clean too The kitchenette came with tea and coffee kettle toaster fridge and microwave in in which was very clean they could of made enough milk and coffee supplies upon booking to allow to have more than 2 or 3 coffees The location was super close to everything shopping center and even the beach The owner Joey was super helpful throughout the stages needed to message he also was super helpful when my flights got delayed to allow me to have late check out 100% would definitely come back and recommend

Stayed for a week - very clean, no noise from adjoining rooms or courtyard, and I slept well in a very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location! Walked across the street to the Bowls Club for some good meals, short drive to Twin Towns Club and a shopping centre. Spacious room with small fridge, and well-equipped with hot pot, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, microwave, toaster, complimentary tea bags, coffee and milk in fridge. This is my first choice for a motel next time I’m in Tweed Head. Lyndell

Location, location, location. Google Earth it and see what's within walking distance. Comfortable bed. Good choice of pillows. If you have a Tesla you'll love it! Clean pool. (Would be using in summer.) Contactless check-in, access to extra towels etc, and check-out. Very good Wi-Fi.

Leaky shower - through screen onto floor. Creaking noises coming from behind the aircon? (Most noticeable at night when not running?) Security chain on door frame, but its receiver was missing from the door. Nothing, though, that would stop me from coming back.

Large room in a good location. Very clean with a comfortable king size bed. Cutlery plates and microwave available. Two very comfortable recliners to use. Spa bath and extra large shower well maintained. Contact less check in and check out. Close to shops restaurants and across road from club. Will return well worth it. 😊

That we couldn't stay longer and use the nice pool and BBQ area. The motel was older style and maybe a revamp paint on the exterior would look nicer.

I have done lots of travel in the US and the style of this motel really is reminiscent of the great classic motels in that country - hard to find in Australia. Spacious clean rooms updated with lovely timber furnishings.

Would be great if you could do some tropical landscaping to provide some privacy around pool area so you can use it without feeling like everyone in the car park and sitting on their balconies is looking at you.

a large room and great bathroom

My husband and I couldn't get proper sleep as there were some people talking very loudly outside to a degree which woke both of us up. Needs some sort of communication with renters to remain quiet for example after 10pm. The other bad point for me was the soft mattress which made my back pain a lot worse.

Great location in downtown Tweed Heads. Enough cooking facilities to self-cater at least some meals. Free use of laundry facilities. Coffee machine in the room. A good "old school" motel, in the best sense of the world.

Parking spaces did not really allow for the larger cars which are popular at the moment.

The room was big and comfy. The location was good, and the staff was very helpful. Even though they work with contact less checking, they were very helpful on the phone and they allowed us to enter the room 2 hours earlier. Smart TV with Netflix and more!

I can't think of anything important. Perhaps some furniture was a bit outdated, but no big deal.

It was close to river, hospital and great seafood at just hooked across road and best coffee at ancora bakery both overlook the river. Club across road which does a nice meal too. Coolangatta beach is within walking distance and quite warm for this time year. Point danger has nice views ocean too. Room was very nice, clean and very spacious and friendly people.

They need a welcome pack in room with local food and entertainment and map.
