Location on Main street, close to shops, cafes &dinning. Bed was so comfortable, room was clean, spacious and updated, bathroom was new. Staff are lovely and very friendly. On arrival received a free drink voucher and 10% off meals at the hotel restaurant. Restaurant meals were very good so went back the next night, amazing food.

Wi fi didn’t work in our room, but we just used our mobile data, no problem. As our room was on the end could hear the doors open and close, but after ten at night was very quiet.

Comfy beds, clean spacious room, tea and coffee available. Room service if you wanted! The main hotel accommodation manager (apologies for not knowing her name) was incredibly attentive, helpful, and you could tell she wanted us to feel welcome.

Not a drama - we'd booked for four people, but only two towels in the bathroom. The helpful manager sorted us out right away. The building frontage to the main street isn't very welcoming/looks a bit like a scary pub - the inside experience was completely different! I wouldn't have gone in if not for our booked room...

Had a overnight stay on our way to Palm cove, a little tired but was pleasantly surprised to find a well run clean Hotel in a relatively sized country town. From reception to the bar area, we decided to eat there excellent quality food complimentary glass of wine/beer. Big shout out to Gavin our waiter/ barman couldn’t do enough for 2 weary travelers. Highly recommend if your ever in the tablelands. William +Sonja

The staff were so hospitable and friendly, and went out of their way to help us which we really appreciated. The room and bathroom were spacious and beautifully decorated.

We were woken up at 1am by a rowdy group outside our window (presumably who had just left the pub) and they kept us awake hanging around outside for about an hour, but perhaps this was a one off.

check in was easy, Adam was friendly and no nonsense, complimentary drink. During checkout I raised a slight issue with the room prep which was of zero consequence as it related to a spare bed, Adam negotiated a late check out for me free of charge which given the circumstances of my visit was extremely helpful! Thanks!!

Close parking, ease of checking in and the level of security to rooms from the downstairs hotel and bistro. Efficient and friendly room service for dinner/dessert! Room service food was excellent!

Only two negatives: I had to ask for a hair dryer at reception, prefer in-room. The hangers were a bit difficult to remove in the open wardrobe, although it looks very trendy!

had to get toilet paper and bins emptied in my room when I booked in. also cleaner the following day banging on the door at 9am. she said the keys were in the office thinking we had left she said that was the second time that day. no wonder the bar staff thought it was booked out. bad management

The bed was very soft and cosy, shower was good also. The location was perfect to just walk everywhere in Atherton. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room had no windows, so I could tell what the day was like until I stepped outside to find out. Staff forgot to restock the milk, tea etc.

Unfortunately we didn't have breakfast. My mistake if we had paid and I forgot with everything going on.

I love Windows and no fault of the hotels that our room didn't have one. The kids didn't love the massive skylight but I thought it was great given that the room lighting was low.

The room was huge and comfortable. It had the basics eg kettle and drink making facilities as well as television with multiple choices of entertainment.

It was a shame that the dining facilities were not available due to a lack of staff. We are hoping that staff become available.
