I liked everything. It was rustic . I travelled alone. For a work event. My first one as a brand new buisness owner . Footprints 👣 of Angels Home care services. I was really outside of my comfort zones and put myself out there.. travelling the night away from gold coast. Lol. By myself. Not long after I arrived the care taker lovely lady arrived and was so good in making sure I was comfortable and had all I needed. Was very private . Secure. Clean and comfortable. I would recommend and I will be returning.

Everything. The facilities. Ambience and lovely atmosphere and caretaker assistance and prompt communication always with the owner.

Everything was great. Breakfast is always ready in the kitchen for everyone. There was parking at the back of the house. The house and room were very clean. Air conditioning and the fan in the room were very much appreciated during the hot days. The girl that welcomed me into the house was very friendly, nice, and helpful. Thank you very much.

As I booked only a few weeks in advance, I felt like I paid a little bit too much for a night. But I'm not from Brisbane, so I wasn't sure how much is an appropriate price to pay for the shared house accommodation. But having my private bathroom and little space outside really helped and it all balanced up perfectly. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Oh my gosh, I can't say enough positive things about this b and b! Booking and communication were so easy. The young lady who greeted me, Asha, is a positive beam of sunshine who helped me with my bags and settled me in. The room was gorgeous, cozy and cool for the insane temperatures happening in Brisbane at the time. I felt very grateful for the good selection of fruit and healthy bread along with sugar free cereals. I LOVED that the car park was down the back, my car felt safe. I have a dual cab Ute, getting into the property was easy, exiting was a little more challenging, but once I altered my approach, navigating the driveway out was ok. The area is phenomenal! Just around the corner from a great smoothie bar and a charcoal chicken. I really feel fond of the memories created with this lovely home as a backdrop. :)

The owner was incredibly lovely and so accommodating, the B & B itself was beautiful and so clean, the room was welcoming and very clean, location was great! The breakfast was a lovely addition too. I would highly recommend. I would choose a bigger room next time though and I would definitely stay again. Also great value for money!

The bed was very squeaky and didn't feel overly secure and the ensuite was a little squishy.

Shared house but with own en suite so you get benefit of chats, laundry, kitchen and space. Nice suburb, easy bus journey (but you cannot tap in without "their" card so we couldn't pay fare) and lots of local amenities (i.e late night food). We stayed longer! Do use the bus (amazing service and must have cost a fortune, exclusive bus roads and tunnels!) but you need to find out how to buy tickets.

The hostess was amazing. The room had all the amenities, which would be found in at least a 4 star hotel. I highly recommend this accommodation. Public transport is plentiful and it is only a 10-15 min bus ride into the city (which btw only costs 50c each way for the next 6 months, beginning today).

Lovely welcoming friendly lady keeps place nice and very clean. Breakfast provisions for guests - good. Bed comfy En-suite clean

Car parking limited to cars or small vehicles. Needs a lot of manoeuvring to get round back to park for larger vehicles as corner got several trees. No outside parking in street as opposite school Still waiting for my invoice of price paid. Owner a bit tardy on that issue.

The friendly staff and the location of the stay. Amanda was very helpful throughout the stay! Menaka was very good to communicate with, the quick tour of the property was very helpful.

No cleaning of the room during the length of the stay, the room was however handed over very clean with the fridge stored with food items. It would have been great if there was some kind of towel replacement. However, this could just be me not knowing the norm of a B&B as I was using this for the first time.

I loved the tranquility as soon as you enter this property which is also beautifully decorated in harmony with the heritage of the house (circa 1800s). Close to the CBD and in walking distance to Coorparoo Square with its handy cinema, supermarkets and restaurants. Handy bus service nearby too. Both Menaka and Amanda were very accommodating with anything needed to enjoy my stay. Most definitely a home away from home as they say! Highly recommended!

From the communication before we arrived, to the welcome and the b&b itself , there's nothing we would change. Bed is super comfortable , kitchen, facilities and bedroom are spotless. Public transport links to the city are fabulous. Thank you Menaka, it was a great pleasure to stay 😊
