Location was excellent - very convenient for the bus and short walk to shops and restaurants. The balcony was very nice and spacious and the doors gave a good cross ventilation.

Some kitchen utensils were lacking or missing. Salt and pepper wasn't replaced in the complimentary coffee, tea, etc The sofa wasn't very comfortable - it was a bit soft and saggy. The shower stall leaked every time we showered through a gap cut in the glass screen near the bottom hinge, this caused the bathroom floor to be very wet.

Location close to SouthBank , Safe area to stay and park car on the street at night . The Apartment was quiet and clean and the other staff girls were excellent.

Just one girl on the front desk was APPALLINGLY RUDE , I have traveled all over the world for the last 20 years , she was one of the worst ever. BUT the other 3 girls were great . To emphasise just how bad she was , another building manger listening to the conversation jump in to rescue me by saying ' can I take you right now to see some different room lay outs ' . even though we very already booked in , I said yes lets go , just to get away from that god awful front desk check in girl...

Just wanting to let you know that my daughter and her husband were very grateful to be able to stay at your premises last week. They said it was a real lifesaver and support. Their “just turned 14 the day before” year old daughter was at The Queensland Children’s Hospital undergoing a Spinal Fusion Surgery from T4-T12. It was a very long surgery and it will take her some time to recover. They were able to stay close to support her.

Reception was welcoming & helpful when we arrived, & throughout our stay, as was housekeeping. Definitely the best experience with staff we've had at any hotel. Rooms were immaculately cleaned, great balcony, double glazed glass so little external noise, & the extras like facial soap & pool towels was appreciated!

The bed was a little too firm, but that's personal preference. The drains were also a little stinky, though that seems to be common in other hotels also.

Located15 min walk to south bank (you must wonder around South bank, its lovely) The hospital is just across the road. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a short walk to the Morrison Hotel, they really do have the best steaks

It was a little noisy with the sirens going to the hospital but it wasn't that bad, it doesn't happen all night and didn't really disturb us.

Spacious and modern decor. Very comfortable and particularly suitable and safe to have two reverse cycle units to control cooling and heating within a self-contained apartment. Well appointed corner suite with great city views.

Staff could be more efficient when patrons check in. I clearly explained that I only required parking of my hire vehicle for one day, yet upon check out, I noticed that I was incorrectly charged for three days parking. I was satisfied that staff managed the refund promptly. Only other concern was that room service overlooked replacing milk pods when making up the room. Otherwise, all other service was very good.

I like that it was roomy, clean and modern and the rooftop was lovely

the drain in the bathroom shower made a loud gurgling sound and produced a bad smell while the shower was running. also would like if there was some way to have power while out of the building, if someone is sleeping and someone needs to leave there’s no more aircon and power and if all gone cannot charge devices as there is no power

A 4 min walk to our concert at The Princess Theatre. The big balcony and the windows to open for fresh air.

Signage for the hotel entry couldn't be seen from the car. Signage for the lift once the car was parked. Signage for which foyer door went out to the car park. Signage for where and how you got the parking screen door open.

Location was perfect for Brisbane South Bank. Bella the receptionist was 100% customer service orientated. Exceptionally kind & informative. We would recommend The Quest.

Wifi cut out completely after the first night. The telephone in the room was not connected. The receptionist working on Sunday morning 20th March 2022 wasn’t very helpful when we asked about the wifi saying that we could use wifi in the reception area. This wasn’t acceptable. We particularly needed wifi in the room during this weekend as my daughter was sick and I needed to be in contact with her and it was my birthday.

Good location for footy, but at the top of a hill, pre arrival advice on best and easiest way to get there would have been nice, particularly for friends who use a walking frame. Room overall was good, as were facilities, but shower door when opened ran into the vanity unit, which is a bit worrying

better design of bathroom, better information on how to get to hotel the easiest way for older people and people with disabilities.
