Location was great. Double shot cafe across the road was convenient and has the best coffee and food was also good. The view and outlook was magnificent and very relaxing. Having a pool and spa was a definite bonus.

The fans in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were really noisy and the rooms were extremely hot. I think air conditioning is a must in all rooms especially in summer being in Brisbane!

Spacious apartment with all kitchen facilities . Furnished attractively and practically. All very clean and comfortable, with good security. Wonderful location with underground parking provided. Good sized balconiies

At the moment there is a large building being constructed so unfortunately a little noisy first thing in the morning.

Excellent location and facilities, clean, tidy and friendly. Would highly recommend. Close to New Farm park, shops and good ferry link to the city centre. Nice coffee shop opposite. Pool & hot tub were brilliant and there is a small childrens play area right out the back. All in all a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our short stay at kirribilli apartments. We travelled as 2 adults and 2 kids under 3. It had all the facilities we needed (full kitchen, two rooms, 2 bathrooms safe balconies) within reach of all the activities we had planned. Great bonus was what looked like a relatively new playground just outside the back gate, and a great cafe across the road. It was very affordable, and included free parking. Next time we plan to use the pool and tennis courts!

Loved the location and how big the apartment is. The staff was very friendly and assisted me with my changes towards my booking. Apartment had a pool for the family and sauna. Was not allowed to play loud music by the pool which i didnt know but overall loved it. We came from Sydney and was very satisfied with our stay. Apartment has a lovely view of the river and we just got to see the New Year Firworks. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the location. Rod, the property manager, could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Our particular apartment needed some love and maintenance. But we were thankful to get the last available for our weekend away.

The apartment was really well organised, and the space in the main rooms was very good. There were some things that were a little odd - only a half (ish) roll of toilet paper in the toilet; no tea, only coffee and sugar sachets in kitchen; where the tea might normally have been it was dirty; a nest of big ants on the outside of door to balcony for the main bedroom; holes where an electrical socket / outlet might have been on the wall behind the bed in the main bedroom. These things are possibly minor, but as I said, odd...as if it just needs a bit more attention, maybe. The building's facilities were very nice. It was a great location, too. The caretaker was easy to talk to, and very helpful.

Excellent location. Short walk to New Farm Park. Citycat stops even closer. Great views of Brisbane river from a huge 2 bed apartment. Full sized kitchen had everything we needed. Easy car parking Friendly reception.
