Friendly reception. Apt 706 is a good sized one bedroom apartment with a comfy bed with ensuite, nice little balcony on the south side overlooking Redcliffe and sea view. Short walks to pier cafes/ restaurants, Sunday markets and right next door to the RSL. Easy access to bike /walking paths. Secure parking. Lifts worked all the time. Loved the fact the whole complex including balconies is smoke/vape free. Brilliant.....well done Proximity 😀

Like most apt bedrooms they could do with blockout curtains. Wasn't spotless.....would expect better for what we paid The RSL airconditioning vents next door are quite noisy.

Great location to main main street- shops restaurants/bars, beaches and public transport. Everything was within walking distance. Friendly and welcoming staff with great knowledge of the local area. Apartment building was clean and well presented. Our room was also very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Would highly recommend Proximity Waterfront Apartments and we would definitely stay again.

Only negative feedback was from neighboring building- air pollution from RSL exhaust fans. Our balcony had a beautiful view of the jetty, ocean and main street but felt we couldn't enjoy sitting out there as we were at a similar height to the RSL exhaust fans and the smell was unpleasant.

Our second stay at Proximity was great like the last one. We love the location at the end of the main drag with everything just a short walk away. The foreshore to the bay is cross the road where we watched the last supermoon for 2023 rise up over Moreton Island. The room was very nicely furnished, tidy and spotlessly clean. Our bedroom had block-out blinds on the window and the balcony door so we weren't woken up as the sun rose. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We make regular trips to the peninsular and we'll definitely look forward to staying here again having sampled a quite a few hotels in the area.

Security parking is very reassuring but some guests ignore the allocations (ours was occupied by someone during our stay). It's not as though there aren't enough car spaces, there's one assigned to every hotel apartment.

Really nice location right opposite the water. Very good secure parking. Laundry facilities are a bonus with top loader and dryer. Comfortable living area, well appointed kitchen. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom is a good size. Next door to RSL for evening eating out, the cafe right next door served a great breakfast. The shopping strip is within 100m with a range of dining options and a really nice bakery that does the best Vanilla slice. If you stay here there is a waterfront walking track heading north and south. There is a supervised council swimming option a short walk away which is very nice with bbq facilities. Loved staying here and would like to come back.

Nothing really to complain about.

Firstly, the out of hours key pick-up was easy and when you'd been travelling for a long time was very welcome. There was a welcome pack of essentials and the supermarket was only a five minute walk away. There was everything you needed in the apartment including a washer and dryer which came in very handy. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The onsite parking was also very good and secure. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Terrific location with a variety of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. There is easy access to the walking path along the beach and it's definitely worth exploring in both directions. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen is a useful feature as it enabled us to make our own breakfast and to be free to cook other meals as an alternative to relying on restaurant food.

Our Property was close to everything, including an exceptional view of the waterfront and amenities, shopping a great selection of restaurants, and the apartment we stayed in was nothing short of amazing considering the apartment was appointed with crockery cooking utensils, secure parking and facilities.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. It was a home away from home.

The location was wonderful, very close to town and the beach across the road. The room was huge with great facilities, a nice big kitchen, the beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Foxtel and Wifi. The staff were friendly and there was a great cafe just outside the doors. We would definitely stay here again.

The gym had no air con, the fans cords in there were too short to be plugged in. No air con in the lifts or hallways, it was very hot. The showerheads were very uncomfortable like jets blasting at you and no fans in the bathrooms.

Location is perfect close to everything ,northside apartment was quiet and secure allocated free parking in the basement was a bonus, great little breakfast cafe just outside main entrance with an affordable comprehensive menu and RSL next door for meals and entertainment , good sized apartment with all amenities .We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return

The blinds dont blockout the sun so apartment is bright from 5am good for early risers and not that big a deal but some may not like it

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Nice gym and good walking tracks. Unit had everything I needed and suited my needs. Everything was within walking distance, so no need to a car. Did not use public transport, but there is a bus stop close by.

Was a little noisy form the RSL building beside the complex. I was there for work and did not have much time to relax, but a more comfortable lounge would be good.
