Welcoming staff were very friendly. I had forgotten my tickets to our conference and they were more than happy to print another set if I needed to. Bed was comfy, and considering how close it was to a very busy road, there was no noise !

I'm being picky, however, there was no paperwork in room about WiFi details. We were attending a conference so when we arrived to book in, we were in and out & by the time we got back it was approx 9pm. Not a time to call reception over wifi stuff and we were leaving at 8:30 in the morning, so couldn't see the point of worrying. I spoke with reception who apologised but told them it was simply an information statement and it was not a big deal.

The property was immaculately clean, the beds were comfy and my kids loved how big the beds were, the tv was good with so many channels plus Netflix and YouTube which the kids also loved, the shower had good water pressure and it was a massive shower head, it was located in a great spot for where I was going and was easy to access and find when going back, being someone who travels a lot this was one of the best hotel/motels I’ve stayed in in a very long time, would definitely stay again

The location was perfect for the sports event we were attending. We were also close to a wide variety of dining options as we dined out for each night we were there. Check in was so quick and easy, which allowed us to carry on about our day once we arrived. We had an extra car with us and we were accommodated for extra onsite parking, which we were truly grateful for. The laundry services onsite were great and very handy to have, especially with the wet weather at the time of our stay. The rooms provided us with everything we needed including a decent family sized fridge and not a bar fridge in sight. The kitchen provided all the cooking services and utensils we needed if we should have had to cook a meal. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for accommodation in the area, which there was very little of in Aspley.

Although a very comfortable stay, modernising the family rooms would be great. An information booklet in the rooms, would be beneficial to the accommodation site itself to inform guests of what's on offer etc.

Friendly service in both occasions! Very welcoming providing great hospitality! Rooms well presented with nil issues! Attending this venue for a skateboarding related business trip and for a personal family trip both times have been an absolute pleasure! This is now my GO to accommodation for anytome visiting the Brisbane region in the future.

Having to leave and go home!

The bed was sooo soft and comfortable I didn't want to leave it. Spa was nice and came with bath gel and a bath bomb. Ample towels, mats, hand towels etc. Aroma diffuser, fake plants etc made it that bit nicer 😄 larger than usual tiny bar fridge in most hotel rooms and ice trays included yayyy

I wish the room description listed the microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery!! I would have brought food to make using the microwave or toaster.

We liked the size of room and bed was very comfy, even though it was right next to a busy freeway/highway it was nicely set back and enclosed with large full grown palms making it seem very resort-like. At night we sat outside and could hear the wind swaying through the palms, very relaxing. Paying almost 200 a night would call for complementary brekky or atleast some good ol weetbix lol nonetheless very surprised with how much we enjoyed our stay. We would come back for sure!

We went to use the kettle for our morning cuppa and inside was full of tiny little ant looking bugs. Boiled it a couple of times before we used it. Same kind of bugs were also going along desk and going up the wall behind t.v.

It was good value for money. I prefer not to stay in motels, but needed a night to stay in the area, and I didn’t want to pay too much. This was perfect. Beds are super comfortable

Room wasn’t cleaned when we checked in. Staff were apologetic and cleaned the room immediately after I reported it. whilst we went away for dinner

Spacious room with everything you need. Crockery, Cutlery Microwave, Jug, and Toaster. Comfy Bed, with spare blankets in the wardrobe. Very good price. Friendly reception.

Pillows were too high and not comfortable. But that is probably my preference. Carpet needs to be cleaned as a little sticky in a couple of places.

Hotel is in a great location, close to good shopping, short drive into the city, close to food outlets. Room was very well looked after, clean and all the was needed in a one night stay. Would definitely stay again. Pool for the kids if needed, facilities to do washing if needed. Parking is also included in tariff.

My only problem that i had was the bed was very hard for myself but for other people it may be fine.

Bed was comfortable, good water pressure and temperature in the shower, 20 mins drive from the city. Kitchenette had all the basics required. Room had ironing board and iron, Motor Inn had laundry facilities on site that customers could access.

Fridge in the room wasn’t working well did not keep things cold, raised this with the manager and was looked at straight away so very happy with the response.
