Cutlery and dishes were dirty The couch could do with a clean, we were all itchy after sitting on it.

The view from our balcony overlooking the ocean was gorgeous and the location was great. The cleaning staff were lovely and friendly. The happy hour $10 cocktails on Friday and Sunday.

A wok would have been handy particularly when the stove cook top has a wok burner. More coat hangers would have been good. I did have to ask twice to get more coat hangers. When 2 people are staying for 5 nights you need more than 4 coat hangers. The wardrobe in the bedroom was awkward to get clothes in and out as one side of the wardrobe had a built-in locked cupboard that impacted access from the sliding door.

Great sized living area. Good functional Kitchen made it easy to entertain and enjoy the fabulous views. Generous sized outdoor Deck which had Couch / Dining furniture which was very functional and allowed all guests to be in the area at the same time.

Small problems like no soap available at bathrooms - room service quickly resolved that. The TV remote was "missing" and the staff sorted a replacement.......we found the lost one a few hours later buried deep under the seat cushions.... The second bedroom robe was a bit clunky - 2 doors and three sections meant the centre section was a no-mans land and we ended up utilising the hall storage for our suits / dresses for the event.

asked staff two separate nights for them to come check the tv because it was frozen and for them to find out and get rid of the mildew smell out of the room. second night i was there the staff member was annoyed with me because i asked for the tv to be fixed and the smell to be gone. she fixed the tv but didnt do anything about the smell, saying that there was an incident the night before so staff were busy. i found that hard to believe as i checked in the exact time she was saying it happened. will give the hotel another try in the future as it was a lovely place to stay.

Absolutely stunning views! Apartment was clean and very comfortable with new furniture and carpet. Just felt fresh! This had everything we needed for our short stay. Efficient check-in/check-out process, staff very friendly. Also felt place was very secure and safe environment. They do have some work going on (construction) but noise was kept to a minimum and did not bother us at all. We will definitely book again when visiting Brisbane. Highly recommend.

Gym probably could do with some extra equipment but other than that this was a wonderful stay.

Tv was outdated

Our family was exceptionally happy with Kat at reception whom gave us the best apartment we could have ever wished for and great value for a $500 overnight stay, a fully revamped NEW styled ocean view apartment on 7th floor. Thank you Kat for making this possible at reception you are a wonderful receptionist and a great credit to Oaks hotels reception in looking after the best interests of Oaks hotels and customer services needs. We would and will return again often to Oaks Redcliffe for Redcliffe NRL matches thank you to Kats customer service skilling. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately the view was out the back not over the water. However the bed was big and comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The room actually had a small fridge which was not mentioned on the list on Booking.com and actually needs to be so that people like myself who need to keep medication refrigerated know that there is actually a fridge. Being able to securely park underneath the building and go up in the lift was great and there was good security as well. Mon Komo is also within walking distance of good restaurants and cafes etc. along Redcliffe Parade and also a large Woolworths store.

I really couldn't complain about anything but maybe a small stool to put clothes on in the bathroom or more hooks would have been helpful.

Loved the views to Moreton Island and Redcliffe town. The two bedroom with ocean views that I booked was extremely spacious for 4 adults. Very handy to also have Woolworths just across the road to purchase groceries. Margate Beach within walking distance. Settlement Cove lagoon straight across the road from hotel. And Redcliffe town on the waterfront within a short walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants.

Was a bit tricky finding reception to check in. Address for the hotel said 99 Marine Parade, but that is not the entry to reception to check in. Maybe if directions could add "entry to hotel reception is via Sutton Street" may be a bit more helpful.

Place was amazing, from the moment my husband and I opened the door, the spectacular water views had a large balcony with super comfy outdoor furntiture, spacious apartment, cleanliness could not fault. We stayed on 10th floor which was awesome. Stayed for 4 nights, kitchen was well equipped with cooking needs, separate laundry, spacious bathroom, bed was comfy. We will definately be coming back to stay again through the year. Staff were all lovely and helpful with any queries. Well Done to you all! Looking forward to coming back. Thankyou.

Probably very petty but would have liked a tv in the bedroom. Other than that loved everything.
