Good location to the airport, with free parking. we had an early long-haul flight to catch. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

The room/bathroom was rather old/ tired looking, but it served its purpose for a one night stay.. There's aren't really any options for dining in walking distance, except a pub/bistro, which we checked out. We decided not to eat there, so can’t comment about the food. It just wasn't the atmosphere we wanted to catch up with a friend that night. Luckily, the hotel restaurant opened that night (usually closed on Sundays) due to a function. The food was okay-good. Nothing to rave about, but we were just grateful they were open and we could catch up with our friend in a more pleasant and quiet environment.

Our 1 bed apartment was clean and functional. It was typical of near airport accommodation. The kitchen facilities were limited but reception was extremely helpful, providing extra equipment for cooking. Restaurant in pm was fine. There is very limited choice elsewhere, unless you like fast food outlets! Easy parking. A lift. Well kept garden areas.

Swimming pool is unheated. Some gym equipment was rather wonky. TV in lounge pretty small. Apartments only have shower in bath, but housekeeping provided anti slip mats.

The room & bathroom were clean & odorless. The fridge & aircon were already on when I arrived. Aside from other guests parking outside my room (& one night having a full domestic), it was generally pretty quiet. I didn't try the pool or restaurant but they looked nice enough.

The showerhead wasn't great but it did the job. The aircon was periodically quite loud but, again, it did the job. The room could've used a table of a height you could eat from comfortably. It would have been nice to have the option of making ice in the rooms fridge.

Road noise as it's located at a large intersection of a main road very uneven driveway leading to the room, Bathroom had a bit of a smell, noticeable when the door is opened Not soundproofed, at all, we had noisy inconsiderate neighbors at 3am talking and laughing in the car park Overpriced for the quality of room, location and facilities

Convenient location, it's about 15mins from the airport and there are restaurants about 5-7 minutes walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was nice, I just had breakfast there and the Staff were really lovely and checked in to make sure you were okay.

Not a big deal but the standard room that I booked had very thin walls so I could hear the family next door as if we're in the same room. Very thin walls. No other issue.

We were exhausted when we arrived. Our luggage was wet as we had been delayed by a lightening storm when leaving Melbourne. The staff suggested that we find somewhere to have a meal before checking in as everything was near closing time - very thoughtful.. They also helped us to dry some of our clothes. We really appreciated their kindness. The room was beautiful and the bed was luxurious. The facilities were all of the highest standard The onsite restaurant was a bonus. I enjoyed a leisurely breakfast in the garden. Such a treat!

It was hard to find the hotel Put the entire address into maps. We had more success after being advised by the hotel. About 20 minutes from the airport.

Staff were very accommodating with early check-in. King room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to GYG, Zarraffas Coffee, Night Owl and other shops. Golf simulator and putt putt golf right next. 6 mins from Westfield Shopping Centre Chermside. On-site laundry facilities. Have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. Will be back.

I was really impressed with how quiet the room and whole grounds were, considering it is on a very busy main road in Brisbane. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. Pool was well maintained. The water pressure in the shower was surprising and fantastic.

Unfortunately, the bed mattress was very hard. The pillows were wonderful and comfy. It may be a stock standard for all hotels, but the mattress was so very hard that I really struggled to get to sleep.

Close, to entertainment center, nice staff and happy to help with things, close to city mall or Westfield. Can get taxi or drive. Rooms where clean and comfy beds, pool mini golf restaurant, shop across road for different food etc.

Had no microwave or toaster, not bigger enough fridge to fit things in that needed to be cold when brought from shops.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking was close to the room. The location was perfect as we were going to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Very easy to get to and find. The food in the restaurant was good and there are also other food options within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.
