If the hotel could have a courtesy bus to drop.ppl off to the QSAC venue because we've travelled far with no car .. n some ppl can't afford taxi n ubers.especially those on low income ..just remember we are doing this for out children they are our future ..

The waiting when we got there because our rooms weren't ready n we just travelled long way to get there.and all we wanted was to rest ..no tea or coffee was offered we were stuck in the gaming room for ages ..the courtesy thing to do was to offer tea coffee juice for the kids n biscuits ..its not everyday you would do it... and then you wouldnt lose ood customers ... that was annoying..

The hotel was fit for my purpose, which was to attend a family funeral at the cemetery within walking distance of this hotel. The staff at arrival and in the dining room were welcoming and friendly.

I wouldn't stay here for a pleasure holiday as it's isolated from any local attractions, particularly if you are travelling without a car. There are no easily accessible nearby shops that can be reached on foot. So you're captive to using their dining facilities unless you use expensive taxis. There was a fridge and microwave, but no convenient way of stocking them. One tiny milk container for tea and coffee was inadequate for even my first day. But of course I wasn't there for pleasure but family bereavement. One light fitting over the bed wasn't working.

1 bedroom unit. Clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious, full kitchen.

Multi story units behind had a clear view of our bathroom window where there was a small section that couldn't be closed 😕 Booked online and asked for a downstairs room but arrived to find they didn't get the request (maybe a Booking.com issue?) and we were upstairs. Fortunately we were able to change as we checked in early. Would have been nice if there were tables or seats in garden area,couldn't sit outside to enjoy the nice weather.

Quality Hotel Robertson Gardens is a perfect place to stay whether you are visiting for business or family vacation.Very comfortable room, Friendly staff willing to help with smile.Such a positive service attitude is highly commendable.Special thanks and appreciation to the Manager Flavia Filitoga for the assistance given to accommodate my daughter. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Comfort of the bed was excellent. Unit was clean, which was good, and there was plenty of free parking, with spots right outside the unit.

Cleaning ladies were very loud talking amongst themselves and were proclaiming who was still in their rooms for all to hear, they really should be more discreet. If we had of wanted to sleep in the daytime, they would have woken us up.

Very nice place to stay. We staied in a two-bedroom vila and it was fantastic - huge with parcing lot just in front, fully equiped kitchen. We spent there our New Year Eve and were plesently surprised that the restaurant was working. Stuff was very nice, beds very confortable. Great value for money.

Location is not in the best part of the city, so you would need a car to move around, but for us this was not a problem at all.

Spacious, clean, room with comfortable bed, desk, seating, microwave, iron, nice fluffy pillows and parking just outside. Restaurant was handy and dinner was of good quality at reasonable prices. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Room 60 faced Kessels Road and the road noise was constant day and night, not helped by single glazing on the window. Take away the road noise and the rating would be a ten. Breakfast buffet was ok marred only by the food being lukewarm at best.

The beds were super comfortable!! Villa was a great size for a family. The kitchen had all the necessary items.. including salt and pepper. location was perfect.. right near nissen arena The games room was great for kids The restaurant was amazing and open on Good Friday, which was a relief the grounds were beautifully maintained, and heaps of green space.

soap dispenser was empty. We would have liked an outdoor setting, but verandahs are too small. One chair had a broken leg

Found the rooms were fantastic and beautiful, exceptionally clean and well presented. The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately never got to try the restaurant.

The only thing I found that I didn't like was the shower head was very old and was spraying everywhere but down, full of calcium build up and very hard to pivot the shower head around to suit my needs. Was afraid it was going to break. And the toilet seat was loose.

We were in the Villas right down the back of the complex and my husband wanted to stay another night, unfortunately we couldn't stay in the same room so we were moved right up to the very top of the complex into the hotel room. My husband has a bad back from a fall and knee reconstruction which is hard for him to walk long distances (we didn't have our car at the time) I approached reception told them our dilemma and one of the beautiful cleaners drove down in her own car and picked us up and took us to our new room. You wouldn't get that service anywhere else around these ways. We were so grateful and appreciated the time she took from her busy schedule to help my husband have a load off carrying bag up the hill. Unfortunately I forgot her name but we will never forget her kindness. We have stayed twice now at this place and we have plans to book again for a small get away from our busy working lives for next week. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

How far we had to walk to the back end of complex to villas as we had no transport.. husband has bad back and knees reconstruction..
