There was a hole where a light used to be in the ceiling above my head. A towel hook put on the door in the bathroom which was upside down. Towel just slid off. Could do with a couple of more towel hooks if possible. I notified the reception. Advised that the handyman Mr Phillips was away sick and he would attend to it when he came back within a day. Handyman was great. Had the two problems fixed in no time and a nice man.

The breakfast would have been ok had the coffee machine been working on the Monday we went for breakfast. Also we seemed to get the dregs of the food as there only seemed to be one chef on. She was as helpful as she could be with the machine but was also very busy with the kitchen. Paid $26 for a meagre meal.

Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Westfield shopping centre (though opposite end to the food quarter). Front desk staff friendly on check in, and were happy to point out fire stairs when there was a long queue for the lift.

At breakfast there were no mugs or cutlery left, and nobody around to ask for more. Another guest and I looked in drawers and cupboards without any luck. Ended up finding some unused cutlery on one of the tables, and going without coffee. Only a minor annoyance, but something to keep in mind. Not everyone has breakfast at 6:30.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was convenient for our needs - visiting family in the local suburb.

Whilst it was clean, the cleaners only changed the towels when cleaning the rooms - beds were not made and used cups were left lying around. When I asked the staff, they said that was normal and as we had a sink and tea/coffee facilities, it was up to us to wash our cups. Also, I sent a message several times to the hotel prior to arrival and was told they didn’t answer as I was going to be arriving in the next few days (!?).

Room was clean and well set out .Shower was really good .Bed was very comfy.

No extras, biscuits, soap bars, water in fridge etc. No brochures handy numbers etc. Wifi was hard to access and staff were not sure of the code.I got it working in the lobby but it was on and off in the room. None of this would stop me staying there again just a few extras to make it great.

Very comfortable beds. Great shower. Great wifi. Very pleasant room, good size and well laid out. Plenty of power points, good table and couch. The manager was charming and very professional. I am sure he will take it to a high level in due course.

Aircon didn't work well, though new manager knew about it and offered heater for room (very cold night). Location is not the best for getting to Garden City shopping centre by foot, and receptionist did not give us clear directions. Location is fine for going anywhere by car. No breakfast facilities but that will come.

close to athletics track and Westfield. Free large easy to park car park

stayed on all 3 levels due to room moves (painting) and only level 1 had a/c that was actually cool enough. floors 2&3 struggled. Shower ledge mouldy which could be easily cleaned just not. some beds had blankets, others quilts. Quilts felt better and gave a sense of quality.

Location to public transport, a short walk and a quick 20 minute bus ride into the city. You can easily get around without a car, I recommend using the 'Translink Journey Planner', it has all the train, buses and ferry routes/times. Quiet, spacious room. We asked for two single beds and got two really comfortable beds. Great water pressure.

We weren't actually asked if we wanted the room cleaned/serviced. Coming back and discovering that our room had been cleaned/serviced felt quite intrusive because our belongings had been moved/touched. Also the extra resources it takes to clean/service a room for just a two night stay doesn't fit with the 'eco friendly' vibe they tell you that they have.

Our one night stay at Mecure was amazing! We arrived on an international flight to find out our hotel cancelled on us. We checked booking.com and found Mecure and checked in at around 12 and left at 5. The rooms were super comfy and cozy! Highlight of our stay was Paul from front desk, he assisted us brilliantly , helped with our bookings and just overall made the short hours of our stay very smooth! Definitely coming back! Well done Paul Thanks Rosemary

location, clean & tidy, restaurant on site & staff were friendly & helpful.

The air conditioner in our room wasn’t working properly & it leaked water so badly we ran out of towels to mop it up & ended up having to turn it off. so the room was quite warm. We spoke to staff on checking out & they said they we’re currently replacing all the air conditioners so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

The location was fantastic because it was so close to shops. The room was great and was big enough for us to stay in.

There was only two things that I didn't like about the room, the 1st was the microwave did not work properly and the 2nd was the air-conditioning it was hard to work out how to use it and sometimes it would make the room cold and other times it was hot.
