The room we got on our second time back there was excellent! Much more spacious and luxurious with a great view. All the staff were super friendly and helpful except the lady at reception on Father's Day morning. Location wise, you have access to everything you need and is super convenient.

The lady at reception on Fathers Day morning was abrupt and a bit rude. It was around 7.30am - 8am and we asked her if the restaurant was open for coffee and she abruptly said no, it's Father's Day so no coffees available?! She told us to go to MacDonalds if we wanted coffee.

Facilities and staff were wonderful. The room was clean and inviting. Food was enjoyable and atmosphere of establishment first rate. I felt safe and welcomed the entire time. Would recommend to stay for both travelers and business folk.

Easy check in, location was great,the room was very spacious and clean. Was a very comfortable night's sleep. I felt the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were travelling with an under 2yo and I requested for a room with a sofa bed and that was ready for us by the time we checked in.

N/A - We only stayed for one night and we were out early the next morning. Didn't notice anything that wasn't up to standard

The location, the restaurant, the team looking after us during our stay. Spacious & happy with view. Beds comfortable. Easy access from carpark, lift & room. Covered carpark.

The chairs & lounge too low for elderly. My dad is 89. It would be great if chairs were provided for elderly when they stay. I’m 60 & I would be happier with higher lounge & sitting chairs.

The bed and pillows were the comfiest I have ever had in a hotel. Better than my own bed. I’m going to purchase some of the same pillows and find a version of the same mattress available to the public 😂

The rooms have plenty of room for more facilities like a microwave for people staying for longer periods.

The space, kids playground and the big room for our toddler to move around.

Nothing, all was good. Except for the car park, the front counter didnt explain to us that if we need to park underground we need to tap our card for the door to open.

Stayed there for relatives birthday party which was being held in complex Handy to be able to stay in same building. Everything there for such occasion.

Only thing I have say is that the hotel can’t hold our luggage in the hotel after we check out before we catch our flight at the same day in the afternoon, I mean most of hotels do have a space for it isn’t it.

I paid for a twin room, but booking.com sent the hotel advice for a King. I do not sleep in the same bed with colleagues. there were no more rooms available, awkward is an understatement. Disappointed the Booking.com

The space of the room was exceptional. Facilities available on site close. Front office staff were very polite, well-mannered and helpful. Views were awesome.

Restaurant could've had a greater menu to choose from. No Salmon (my favourite) would've been nice. Restaurant staff (in particular) Adrian were awesome.
