We were in one of the spa units. Having our own private spa on the terrace above was great and handy having a washer and dryer too. Balcony had nice views across the pool and water. A very short walk to nice restaurants and bullcock swimming reserve. The pool was good, usually not too crowded.

The room itself probably wasn't the nicest for the money, a bit aged and nothing particularly nice about the decor. The spa was extremely chlorinated, guess it has to be but it made it a bit unpleasant especially the first time we used it, the spa is also tucked away on the terrace and unfortunately doesn't get any real view.

Nice hotel situated right on the beachfront with easy access to cafes and restaurants. Nice spacious rooms with balcony

Room wasn’t ready as promised at 2pm! Travelling with disabled mother and two small children so had to sit around and wait for room to be cleaned. Paid a lot of money to have time taken away from our trip! Beds not very comfortable. Had a rough couple of nights sleep with only a top sheet for cover. No duvets on beds so had to use scratchy blanket from wardrobe which I doubt was regularly washed. Grill was filthy and just covered over with al foil. Pool was lovely and inviting but hardly any umbrellas or shade so you’re right in the sun the whole time.

The property location and facilities are wonderful, its a fantastic family friendly spot.

Checkin experience wasnt great. We arrived early and whilst I appreciate we were early, we ended up getting access into the room late, after being advised that the room was still being cleaned at 1:30pm and that reception would ring me when the room was ready. I had moved our luggage to the floor and was waiting in the foyer area outside the apartment door, no-one attended the room or left the room in that time, and I was waiting there from 1:40-2:40. I then went back to reception after the phone wasnt being answered, where they advised the room was ready. This was really frustrating, particularly when they new we were there waiting and had advised that they would call when the room was ready and still being cleaned.

The position of the property was amazing looking over the pumice stone passage over to Bribie Island and North Stradbroke Island. Close to the Sunday markets which is a short stroll up Bullcock street and close to restaurants and supermarket will definitely return

Our room was a 2 bedroom water view it had a spa bath/shower in the ensuite which was wonderful except it was a long way down to the floor when getting out it would be great if it had a step also the front door needs a weather strip as the draft was very cold and we had to put a towel under the door to keep the room warm other than that it was fantastic

This was our second visit. We were very happy with the size and facilities in the unit. Enjoyed the use of the pool and BBQ area. The location was great, loved being close to shops, beach and boardwalk.

The outdoor furniture (bar table and chairs) enabled us see over the railling to enjoy a great view of the water however was not comfortable to sit and enjoy a relaxing time out to read. Would recommend having an additional lower comfortable seat on the verandah for this purpose. This would also be more comfortable for older people.

The location of the resort is fantastic. It is 50 meters from the main street of Caloundra and across the street from the waterfront. The parking is secure and undercover and trolleys available for taking luggage up to the room. The room we stayed in was a one bedroom with a huge bathroom, large lounge, balcony with good view of the water and as a bonus it had an undercover area with table and chairs, comfortable seating and a six person spa for our private use. The kitchen had a good sized fridge, microwave and a cooktop. In the bathroom was a washer and dryer although we didn't use these. There was shops directly under the units where you could buy coffee, ice-creams etc. and a restaurant (Aqua). Across the street was a boardwalk that was good for a walk and took you a safe swimming area (lifesavers) about 50 meters away. We enjoyed our short stay but will be back again, for a longer stay.

Some parking spaces are a little bit close together.

Close to all things the kids liked, such as the beach and the pool was a big hit! The room was very comfortable and had all the things we needed to make the stay enjoyable We were on the ground floor so it was easy for the kids to just head out to the pool, and only dad had to go the long way round.

Small gripe was that the luggage trolly didn't go all the way to the room door so multiple trips to the trolly that was only accessible with a pass made the arrival and departure a little more of a chore than it should have been. Possibly only an issue because we were on the ground floor.

We had a one bedroom apartment. The kitchenette was very useful. There was a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom which was just what we needed. And the small spa on the balcony was an unexpected delight. :) The rooftop pool and spa was a great location, the weather was just a bit cool and breezy on occasion. It was an easy walk to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes for us to choose from in the surrounding streets.

Great location with easy access to Bulcock Beach and the boardwalk on one side and the main street with all the shops and restaurants on the other side. It has a great garden and pool area.

The room was showing signs of age and could do with a freshen up. The fridge didn't work properly, and we had to throw out quite a bit of food. The fridge was replaced as soon as we told reception.

Liked Location and layout of the apartment.

Lack of cleanliest. Skirting boards dirty, under fridge door dirty. Under table in main room dirty.
