We arrived at about 07:30 pm. The Manager had arranged to place the key in a lock box however she was still there. So friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed. As some of the rooms had not yet been cleaned we were offered the room with a disability bathroom. If one has a disability this is the place to stay as so many motels do not cater for this. The Motel is centrally located, opposite the RSL Club and a 1-2 minute walk into the main shopping area. Great Motel. great service and excellent value

There was nothing to criticise.

They were very accommodating. I couldn't arrive until late at night and they had arranged a collection of the key. The room was large and very comfortable.

The air con wouldn't work and the TV wouldn't find any channels. These issues were looked at when I advised them on checkout. I also just wish that when you book it tells you if it's upstairs or downstairs, as I had to carry my sleeping 1 year old plus all the bags all the way upstairs on my own.

The plates, bowls, cutlery in the cupboard were visibly still dirty. Someone had done a rush job of cleaning them. So I washed everything before using. There was also an unpleasant smell about the room which seemed to be coming from the drain holes in the bathroom.

Location to town, facilities, room size (huge for our family of 4) and last but not least Kelly was wonderful!

The room did have a bit of a smell, however it was able to be moved on by keeping the window in the bathroom and front door open to create airflow.

Clean, quiet, good location, smooth check in and out process, friendly staff, large room.

All good, except 2x basin tapware were both corroded at the flick mixer and makes the process of turning the water on and off a little less smooth (they've taken the cleaning very seriously). Not a big deal, but should consider replacement in the next round of refurbishment.

we ask for a late check out but they could only allow us to stay until 11. we offered to pay to stay later but that was not an option. would have loved to be able to sleep in a bit longer however to their credit they facilitated an 11am check out with no extra charge. definitely appreciated the effort!

Absolutely wonderful - amongst the top places I have stayed in over the last five months and, as I move on almost daily when I am on the road, I've stayed in a great many places. Super space, marvellously comfrotable bed with great towels and wifi was quick and easy.

There was absolutely nothing wrong, a great stay, thank you.

Easy to find and close by to amenities

We were in the downstairs unit and when there was someone in the unit above it was quite noisy. When full parking can be really tight if you have a large car.

Had to go elsewhere due to booking problems but stayed for an hour and it was ideal place to be and very nice looking rooms.

We had been double booked so had to find other accomodation at last minute so as not to have to split the family up (lucky there were two of us as we would have had to sleep with the little kids in seperate rooms)

The location of this Hotel is excellent. Onsite parking isa bonus. Check in and out was easy and the staff are friendly and polite. Rooms are large and spacious and are clean. WiFi and air conditioning worked flawlessly.

Unfortunately the pillows are too high and I couldn't sleep on them. The pool was out of action unfortunately.
