all went well though we did not use the pools. beach close to reach in 10 minute walk (caravan park and additional park works opposite require the 10 minute walk around but not a problem) mainly very quiet. property very clean outside as well and gardens well maintained. everything worked. supermarket opposite was very handy. the pub excellent value meals for seniors. clean and bright town with no graffiti and wonderful vibe probably top of the list out of coast towns we visited with Noosa way too over the top by comparison.

there are always a few things to go after for this question but none of them would be enough to discourage me returning to this resort. i reported a few things to management which they will attend to. Our apt was ground floor so cannot speak for the two levels above. naturally access was not an issue, and a sea view was not on our list of needs. we checked it out first on Streetview and knew of this in advance.

How clean the units are and how modern and fresh they are. I always feel very anxious about booking accommodation. Will it be clean?? This place was the cleanest ¡¡ I always check showers etc and seriously this was the cleanest I have ever seen. I was sitting on tbe balcony and saw a cleaner mopping and cleaning the outside seats on another unit. They cleaned everything. It was brilliant!!

The beds are firm. If you like super soft beds then bring a topper. Having said that I am a super soft bed kinda gal, so this is just personal preference

We absolutely adored our time at this one-bedroom unit! It exceeded our expectations in terms of spaciousness, truly wow-ing us. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, and we were thrilled to discover the variety of pools available. It was a peaceful and relaxing experience overall. However, if I were to mention a small downside, it would be that during our 5-day stay, we found ourselves lacking sufficient towels. Although they kindly informed us that we could utilize the washing machine, we didn't have access to a dryer, and unfortunately, it rained heavily for two days, complicating the drying process.

Excellent modern and clean appartments with a stella beach vibe. Great location with 5 minute walk to main entrance of Ccolum Beach and just a minute walk to the nearby supermarket and most importantly bottleo ! Also just a short walking distance to nearby surf club and local pub as well as local restaurants. Also a great location that is only a 20 minute drive to Noosa !

Allocated apartment car space was a fair distance from lift access to apartment which was only a nuisance when unloading and loading up car with suit case,etc.

Rooms were spacious and accommodating

Although there were four pools, we found that no w of them accommodated our whole family of 6. The hot pool was too hot and not suitable for our little kids. The kids pool was too cold and didn’t suit our bigger kids. Lap pool was great for parents and older kids but couldnt have the littles with us. ‘Beach pool’ seemed to be a waste of space, no beach like feel, was cold and very small. One decent sized pool with shallow and deep end would have been better.

We were late and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They communicated with us as best they could and kindly met us after hours to give us the key and instructions. The rooms were big, bright and tastefully decorated and our huge king size bed was one of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in! Our kids loved the pools and we were in a great location to get to the beach and shops. We didn’t want to leave!

The only minor issue was that our hand held stick vacuum didn’t work very well, other than that everything was great.

We stayed in the three bedroom spa unit as part of our bridal party. The unit was huge and really comfortable. The beds were comfy. Lots of bathroom space and everything that's needed, was available. We just loved it!

The only couple of minor things would be that the spa was set at a lowish temperature and we got cold after a while. And The internal gates were all locked at 10pm, which is understandable for safety, however as we had a few groups staying in the complex, it meant they had to go out of the complex and around the street to get back to thier rooms after 10pm, which didn't always feel safe. Would definitely stay again though!

great location and very close to shops and restaurants etc.. The swimming pools were fantastic... secure parking underground was great..

apartment is a little old and some maintenance is needed.. Screen door to go outside to the BBQ needs replacement.. handyman put oil on the track, but the door needs urgent replacement.. BBQ is pretty basic and poor. Shower is old and needs total replacement.. vents hanging loose on the doors..(bathroom) For the high price you are paying, you expect a high standard..

The facilities. The self-contained nature of the apartment. The kitchen had everything you could need. The proximity to the beach and the heart of Coolum. Secure parking. Friendliness of staff. The furniture was really comfortable.

We had to ask for sink dishwashing liquid and Dishwasher detergent, as these had not been replaced. The main bedroom king bed was a little hard for me. An overlay would help. Everyone else was happy with their beds!

Quiet location at rear of the complex. Easy access to local shops and restaurants etc. Spacious for a one bedroom apartment.

TV (Netflix etc) difficult to access and navigate. It could have something to do with signal? Hit and miss screening not ideal for relaxing time. This occurred outside of business hours so it was difficult to get any assistance. A nuisance, but it did not greatly affect our enjoyment of the property.
