The views ! my son loved the pool was in it the whole time . I felt a bit awkward when we arrived as we received an email saying we were welcome to check in at 11 . We had taken school work off so came down as we are locals . We felt you guys didn’t really want us there that early but we were excited for our holiday and we were actually celebrating some good news for us personally .. also when we checked out no one reception just I called they never really thanked us although we spent 1500 on 3 nights .. other than that great time we will

Couching our unit was old and ripped

Great location! Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen and separate laundry is perfect for longer stays. Fast WiFi access in every room. Very warm welcome from host with clear instructions on facilities. Free, secure undercover parking with designated spot. Bed in double room was super comfy. Appreciated the complimentary toiletries, dishwasher and laundry powder!

Kitchen and bathrooms are quite dated, but were clean and functional. Windows in both bedrooms rattled and vibrated in the wind, making it difficult to sleep. The problem was loose metal strips at the bottom of the frames. After laying something slightly heavier over the strip, the rattling stopped.

The unit was very spacious and felt homely. I could move in and never leave. Richard and Leith are absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Pool was beautiful (we spent most of our time there, and most of it was only us in the pool). Views from the balcony are just stunning and I could watch the kids at the playground. I love the screen doors to the balcony and windows. The entertainment area is well set out for bigger families. Choice of tennis or basketball for the kids.

There were not really enough supplies in the room to cater for 6 of us. However, it does say in the welcome letter to replenish supplies is up to the guest. Next time, I'll bring extra soap, dish drops, and laundry liquid.

We made some of our own meals. The apartment was clean and very well fitted out for a long stay with everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. Richard was most helpful with anything we asked him for. Great Bar-b-que area. Restaurant at hotel next door was very good.

A couple more start up items would have been good.

The peacefulness of the location was perfect for me. Beachfront access was amazing with a lifeguard station and flags for safe swimming on our doorstep. Having an ocean view so close was beautiful. I never tired of looking at the sea. Access to long beautiful beach walks and a bike path right in front of the unit was wonderful. My apartment was extremely comfortable with absolutely everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. Richard and Leigh the Managers were exceptional and could not have been more helpful. What a lovely warm and welcoming couple. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were so kind and friendly and eager to ensure my stay was a smooth and enjoyable experience... and so it was! Thank you Richard and Leigh. You were the most congenial hosts I have ever come across and I have travelled extensively in my lifetime.

I can't think of anything I didn't like!

We Absolutely loved the amazing service Richard provided even helping us with our luggage walking us to our room, very helpful with things to do & just a top Aussie bloke who was a pleasure to talk too. Our room was beyond amazing with a sea view from all rooms. Absolutely stunning. Beach right out front, & patrolled. Location close to shops cafes & takeaway. Perfect getaway with our Family. We will be back that's for sure.

Loved the service. Genuinely friendly and accommodating. Did a late check-in and was met by manager Richard who walked us to our carpark and room with recommendations of the local restaurants and take aways. Had use of the tennis court/basketball court which my son loved as well as the heated pool. Easy stroll along walk path next to beach and a nice bistro right next door. Great service which made us feel right at home. Would not hesitate staying here again.

Couple of minor things. Microwave oven plays up. Only way to stop it once started was to turn off at PowerPoint. I'm sure this will be fixed now it has been reported to management. Tv in bedroom did not work but was offered another from management which we didn't really need. The offer was appreciated Thank you

The location and facilities offered. Easy access to patrolled beach, great pool and tennis court. Playground right in front too. Cafe etc just across the road.

Ensuite needs towel rails or a towel rack in the bedroom. Bathrooms could have shelf for soap etc. Otherwise apartment was very well furnished and kitchen facilities are excellent.

The property had everything needed for a comfortable multi- generational family stay, including plenty of space. Management were prompt in replying to queries, and we were upgraded to an upper storey apartment with a view! Much appreciated, would like to return!

Very close to the airport, but the noise level was not intrusive.

Great Location, has a beautiful view, Handy to local shops with plenty of options for food, coffee, and beverages. Across the road from the airport but found that more of an attraction than a distraction.

Nothing that we really didn't like, external stairs to the roof top meant having to open and close a few extra doors but no big deal. worth the effort.
