We had lots of room to move about in the unit. Our outlook was really great. We were close to beach and the pool was an extra bonus forthe kids. Unit had all we wanted for a stay. The overall look of the resort was truly lovely. Grounds and gardens were lovely. Very clean which was nice too. Staff were friendly,.

The lounge was too soft. When I sat in it for the first time I sank down into the lounge and it was hard for me to get out. Family had to give assistance. More cutlery would have been good too. There were not enough desert spoons and few more dishes would have been good.

Staff fixed everything in their power to fix as quickly as possible. Common area facilities are in excellent condition and very clean. Location is great. Food etc nearby/walking distance for a healthy person. South Tower is significantly more quiet than North Towers.

Apartment 53 needs a 2hr deep clean as long term surface ‘hit and Miss’ approach is very evident if you just move a curtain Apartment 107- Needs a new Balcony glass door as glass is separated up to 6cm from the black door frame and frame is broken. Glass door is also missing locking plate on door. Cleaning has long term been surface ‘ hit & Miss’ and needs a 2hr deep clean including Window sills and tracks. Windows are unable to be opened.

The best thing about the resort is the direct beach access to flagged swimming area! Penthouse unit had fantastic unobstructed 360 degree views, ok fit out . Generous size. Roof top excellent to watch sunsets Airport noise was not a problem

Resort tired, unit tired, needs updating and a deep clean.

The location of the resort was excellent and only a stone's throw away from the beach. The outdoor area was well kept and very tropical. The view from the deck was superb and I took many beautiful pictures of sunrise.

The carpet was really stained and made the apartment look not cleaned.

The property under promised and over delivered bedrooms were huge. The en suite was lovely laundry was provided with a lovely washing machine and dryer included laundry powder.

The place was really well equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and homely.

The only reason we would not come back is because it was very noisy. My daughter could not sleep and she eneded up sleeping on a mattress in the living room because of the street noise

not the property but one downside is that Kennedy is gone and you can no longer easily book direct with the resort in fact they insisted I book online whereas previously I could simply email and book no worries. price has gone up but it has everywhere. also, we got a late check out approved (much appreciated) but house keeping arrived 1 hr 40mins early and rudely insisted that I DIDN'T have a late check out and proceeded to bad mouth the person that approved it. incredibly unprofessional.

I liked the proximity and view from our penthouse apartment. I also enjoyed the gardens.

That the basketball hoop was not up it seemed broken. Cleaners probably need to be more attentive but the positive outward this.

Lovely, clean beach out the front. Kids loved the pool, spa & sauna. Mum loved the yoga studio and good tracks for morning walks. Teenagers loved the surf.

Big pool was meant to be +27. It felt much colder. Washing machine broke and didn’t get fixed. Gym didn’t have hand weights.

The resort is very well maintained and fresh. Peaceful. I didn't get what I'd originally booked. I required 2 single beds for my teenage sons. Not a double! So, a roll away was used in the lounge space.
