location was great , access to beach & shops , parking provided was perfect

location, we were right on the beach front. views are amazing.

The pictures let you think the bedrooms have a beach view but they have a busy main road Brie. you can’t open the windows to get fresh air in the bedrooms. They only had one lift working. work on the broken the lift was loud a distributive. a note was slipped under our door the night before we left, reminding us to be out by 10am. That felt rude and unnecessary

The absolute beachfront location was ideal for my elderly mother-in-law who could sit on the veranda for hours and look out over the golden sands and ocean where she had holidayed for many years with her family. The apartment was spacious, with all we needed for a comfortable two-night stay.

We only had a small window of time to arrive for the reception desk to remain open (although an after-hours service could be arranged). And unfortunately, on the day of departure, the underground carpark was having maintenance done, meaning we would have to shift our car early. With no on-street car spaces free close by (for the mother-in-law to walk to) and peak-hour traffic, we decided to leave the coast earlier than expected.

The beachfront location makes this property fantastic. Also, the huge range of facilities the property offers from all-weather pool, spa, tennis court, table tennis and games room, kept the grandkids going from morning to dark. The facilities and grounds are also meticulously maintained and reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Have been back a few times now and would love to go more often.

The only downside to the property is the fact that there are very few eateries within walking distance, other than McDonalds. Wish the surf club just up from the resort offered meals!

The A/C in the main bedroom wasn't working and the blinds of the same room was hard to close and open

It was right on the beach so we had a great view. Nice big balcony with plenty of outdoor furniture. It was close to maccas, the 7/11 and canvas coffee shop. Good sized kitchen to cook your own meals too if you want . It also had free wifi

The place was a little outdated compared to the unit my other daughter stayed in at the same building and on our floor. There was no visitors car parking and no on street parking because of construction so our other daughter who stayed with us had to park quite a distance away.

Location was amazing despite the construction nearby. Facilities were great and the room was clean, spacious and provided everything you would need. I could live here.

Maintenance being done on lifts made it difficult getting out of the unit in a timely fashion especially when trying to check out. I actually thought they didn't want me to leave and I was actually fine with that. So pleased they are on top of it, maintenance needs to be done for safety reasons.

The view from our apartment was incredible and despite the rain and wind we loved being able to go for a dip in the pool and relax in our apartment without having to make sure it wasn’t pouring outside first.

Like any older hotel it’s slightly outdated but nothing that caused any issues during our stay.

Great location fab outlook

Kitchen cupboards needed cleaning, especially over the cooker top. Thick dust on the fridge and microwave . Main bathroom had a water dirt mark around the bottom of the bath that I could scratch off with my nail Water stain to table lamp shade by the bedside Just needed a good clean
