The view from the apartment is fantastic, from views straight down the Coast including Surfers in the background, great views of the ocean, beach & pool below.

Minor housekeeping issues like cobwebs on the windows in the 2nd bedroom & corners & skirting boards in bathroom areas not as clean as I would like. The curtains in the main bedroom are very light weight causing the sunrise to wake you generally around 5am. Not ideal when on holiday! In the end I had to purchase an eye ask to solve the issue. Oddly enough the curtains in the Lounge area are block out.

The pool area was lovely and very child friendly. Both pool and spa were a perfect temperature. There was enough seating around the pool and shade at all times of the day. The kitchen was well supplied with plates, cutlery (including some especially for the BBQ are) and cooking utensils. The view from our room was lovely and there was easy access to the beach.

We had to pay quite a lot to get a room with air conditioning but it was in a place on the wall that did not cool the whole room, and two windows were locked open. There was no starter pack e.g salt/pepper, tea or coffee.

The facilities and position were great. Perfect for what we wanted.

There were a few things- I think that maybe towels could have been replaced after 3days and it would have been good to have face clothes. There were some things in the kitchen which would be great- just some simple basics like pepper and salt, maybe milk and coffee and tea for just when you arrive. A set of matching coffee cups and wine glasses maybe. I noticed that the corners in the bathrooms were not very clean and the couches and cushions could do with a dry clean or new covers. It was fine for us as we came with young children so we didn't get stressed about this but possibly an adult group would have found this a bit off putting. We had a great holiday.

The pool and beach access were the best, location is definitely a huge plus for this place. I liked our room, we seemed to have received an upgrade from what we had booked. We booked a 2 bed apartment and received a 3 bed apartment. Overall we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, definitely will be recommending to friends with kids.

These things are not big issues at all, would improve the experience by removing some annoyances (relates to apartment 22B): 1) Ensuite shower filling up with water, drain not free flowing 2) No sharp knives, and the knife sharpener was not working 3) Water jug had a crack about half way up so could not fill above the crack and we kept running out of cold water 4) No plugs were found in the apartment by us that fitted the kitchen sink

Location is good ,easy walk to local stores and restaurants,bus stop at the door and close to Airport.Grounds are immaculate and pool area is perfect for getting together with friends and family for gatherings,BBQ and Gazebo’s are available to reserve .Sauna Tennis Courts and Mini Putt Putt for kids.Walk straight out the front to the beach. Lobby’s and most units have been updated.

I don’t like the fact that some people don’t observe the rules regarding dogs using the common foyer for entrance to the lift rather than the basement.Not all people like dogs and some with Allergies shouldn’t have to use the same lifts.

Beautifull loogan pool surrounded with palm trees, cool atmosphere, nice view looking towards the ocean over a white sandy beach plenty of room for kid to play in the grounds and out side on the beach or on the grassed strip in between.

couldn't get the tv in the lounge operating, the floor waste in the showers should be cleaned out regularly so you can save the expense of a plumber. the sliding door in the lounge needs Maintenace as it hard to slide probably needs new wheels

Fantastic view to the pool and the ocean as well as the river inlet. Loved sitting out on the balcony watching the ocean for hours

The apartment was mean't to be a superior apartment but was not up to date at all. The furniture was shabby particularly the lounge. The double bed was uncomfortable. The apartment was supposed to have been renovated but it must have been a very long time ago. Could do with another update as well as furniture update.

The hotel was RIGHT on the beach. Amazing to be able to walk out the front gate and onto the beach. The pool was excellent. Heated for the kiddies (and myself lol), with plenty of deck chairs and barbeques. If my kids were older they would have loved the little slide too! There are quite a few restaurants and cafes nearby (Throwers fish & chips are amazing) plus Coles was only a block or two away. The laundry in our apartment had been newly renovated (beautiful) and we set up our 9 month old in there in his cot. It was perfectly dark and he slept like a champ! Our 2.5 year old slept in the second bedroom. Thankfully I brought the suction cup block out blinds to make her room dark. Foxtel was provided on the TV in the living room. The kitchen had pots, pans, chopping boards, toaster, kettle, and plenty of utensils.

Alot of the doors in our room wouldn't stay open unless we wedged something underneath it. It didntaffect our stay, but there were quite a few dings in the walls with mis-matched paint as well. The underground parking was quite poor. We have a Ford Ranger and needed to do multiple-point turns to get around the very, very tight corners. Also, the map they provided was super confusing. Not going to lie, our floor smelled quite odd. Thankfully our apartment itself did not. The master bed was pretty darn firm, which we personally found uncomfortable.

Location, staff friendly, facilities good. BBQ area round pool and spa very nice. Penthouse apartment was large, cleanand comfortable but for the price we paid some changes need to be made and checked next time before guests arrive.

Dishwasher not working (new one came after a few days, all windows bolted up in bedroom, air-conditioning no good in bedrooms,,portable one unusable. Kitchen was over equipped to much stuff not needed.
